As for videos in my lessons, I use stock video from Envato Elements and edit them in Movavi Video Editor Plus. Sometimes, I use my own footage. When I make PPT lessons with video, I always write the text first. Then I put together a video. When the video is ready, I turn it into a lesson. :)

Teacher Val , I've been a head teacher for some time , I've evaluated countless teachers , it's always a pleasure to see passionate and talented teachers such as you. You are a gem. Children need teachers such as you. If I may share a tip , when you are asking for 'new hands'i swap it to some kind of listening exercise, for example i ask the class 'i want someone with short hair and blue shoes' and my description usually matches a student or students who are not participating much. Or I will play the , who is wearing pink sandles and they will put their hand up and jump up and down. It's a good way to practice adjectives and shake them out of their zoneing out state.
