Great 👌 lesson Val.... Your pace of speaking, your body language all the techniques you use in the classroom are really wonderful, helpful and inspiration for me as I am also an English teacher. I take a great help from your videos. Your effort to record and share all these is highly appreciated....
What a sweet comment! Thank you! Teaching kids is not easy, it requires a lot of preparation and a lot of patience but it is one of the most rewarding experiences ever. :)
Thank you very, very much for another video, for another opportunity for us to create our lessons more interesting, more exciting, more enriching for both of them, teachers and children!! I am going to be inspired!🤗 Thank you!🍀
Hi Val. You are a fantastic teacher. I recently subscribed to your channel and I can’t stop watching your videos. It’s good to see a teacher in action; it means teaching and it’s what you do. Thank you very much for sharing your experiences. Your videos give me lots of ideas to use in my lessons and how to manage the discipline in my class.
Brilliant 👏👏👏. I really appreciate your videos. I am an Efl teacher too here in home country, Italy. I live your way of using TPR, how you teach reading skills and the use of PPTs. Your students seem to be so fully engaged in your lessons from start to end. There's still a lot I need to learn:). 👏👏👏👏👏
Your lectures are too good , iam from Pakistan and I have selected primary school teacher job , InshaALLAH I will teach my students like you . Kindly make lectures how to improve English writing skills in kids ... Well done Sir Val
I love your heart too, Maria! Only a very sensitive person can leave such a heartfelt comment to a stranger on UA-cam. God bless you for your kindness!!
Your lesson is so entertaining and class management is perfect teacher Val. I will use some of your ideas about management. I appreciate your passion of teaching. I share it, too. I'm an Efl teacher in Turkey. I have just started watching your lessons. Thanks a lot.
Beautiful lesson, thank you for sharing. Flashcards duel was absolutely fantastic! I saw it last Friday and tried it in my class the same day. My kids love it so much. We added horses and country music, hats for cowboys. It was incredible. Thank you.
Hi val, this is my second comment. I am from Jambi,Indonesia. I love the way you teach your students. I Always watch your video and learn a lot from it, Please keep sharing your idea to us.
Yeah, I'm happy I'm being able to grow such a great community around me. I hope we all can learn from each other. There are tons of resources for students but not so many for us, the teachers. We need to stick together!! :)
Hi, teacher Val! Thanks for these amazing lessons!Really appreaciate your work! I also noticed recently you added stars above the score section, would you mind explaining how does that work one more time, please? Thank you so much!
The team with the most points gets a star at the end of the class. My helper keeps track of the stars. At the end of the term, the team with the most stars gets 5 points to the final exam score. :)))
It would be great if you could show slides of your lesson plan related to your class on a particular day. It would be of great help. Your videos are gaining popularity in my country. I hv shared it with my colleagues and they just love your teaching techniques n how you approach a particular lesson. 👌👌👌 Amazing.
What country are you from? If you like, we can arrange an online workshop on a topic of your choice. I'll be able to show you my lesson plan process, my reading skill strategies, teaching methods, and so much more. If you're interested, please write to me @valerijusc@hotmail.com
Hi, teacher Val! I enjoy watching the way you teach the children and maintain the discipline in class. Is it the first year the students teach English? Do you have any curriculum or you can choose what and how to teach? Thank you for your answer.
I teach Grade 4, and it's my first year teaching these children. I have classes with them once a week but they have classes with the Chinese English teachers every day. Yes, we do have a curriculum. We're teaching storybooks focusing on conversational English and reading skills.
Great lesson and the tecnique! The preparation is huuge! But I wonder what happens when boys or girls lose all their stars? Do they have kinda extra homework or anything else? Cose here where I teach some children can break the rules on purpose to see what teacher would do in that case. Thanks.🌺
Thank you, Olena! My students do not lose stars. They get points for positive behavior, correct answers, and good efforts. I erase points for misbehavior. At the end of the class, the winning team gets a star. At the end of the term, the team with the most stars gets 5 points to the final exam score.
Teacher Val. Could you make the video for senior high school. The easy way to understand the reading comprehension and answers the questions in long reading.. the example of text report text, explanation text, news item, etc
