If I want to decalcify the components (especially copper/brass, stainless steel and possibly the chrome-plated brew group) individually, what would you recommend as a decalcifier? Some advise amidosulfonic acid (with corrosion protection inhibitors), others a citric acid mixture, etc. what would you recommend for gentle and thorough descaling?
