Hi, thanks for the info. I have all 3 lights flashing when I turn on the machine. The water tank is sitting properly. The boiler is empty. The pump is not pumping water. What could be the reason??

I have the same problem, and when turning off, only power led flashing and then turn off and the 3 led flashing again. Could fix your issue?
