Finally some new controllers from DJ Carlo other than he's staple. According to DJ Carlo and his comment on another post, his software of choice is Traktor. I get the impression DJ Carlo is all about hardware and that's ok. It's great to see DJ Carlo mixing he's hardware up.
Pretty soon we won't need a dj if companies keep putting out things to make djs obsolete 😢. Let's keep It were we still have have training wheels to remove once that up and comming dj learns the basics and can feel proud of what he or she learned while climbing the Great ladders of are four father djs.😊
I'd actually have to say that the X1 works far better with CDJs than alone! I've used it solo in the past, just the the heck of it, but using it with a full mixer setup was pure bliss. Imagine the technology (FX, etc) of a controller with turntables? Best scratching combo for me!
Hey! Where is the X1 mk3 mix? Looks cool but I like the Jogs for scratching and other tricks. The diversity of controllers is amazing but I still prefer the CDJs and the V10. You could really bring that X1 anywhere though, that is amazing portability. The lights are cool too, crisp display.
Can I plug in my Maschine mk3 in the usb hub and have it on one of the mixer channels? Would be perfection to play my own samples and beats through the X1 and bring it into the mix.

It might require a lot of remapping and workarounds. Havent tried it, but you never know! Might be easier (and possibly cheaper) to actually get a 4 deck controller though haha

That's strange, mine turned on, but I had to do some extra mapping on Rekordbox.
