Jennifer Farber Dulos vanished on May 24, 2019. Dulos, a mother of five, was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with her former husband, Fotis Dulos. Michelle Troconis and Fotis Dulos were in a relationship during the time of Jennifer's disappearance. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Dulos to murder Jennifer and cover up the killing. Jennifer’s body has never been found and it is assumed that she is dead. Michelle Troconis now faces trial for her alleged role in this brutal crime.

FIRST QUESTION: Here's the wording: Your Honor, can we please receive clarification as to the verbiage of count 3? Specifically, in order to constitute tampering, does the defendant need to have physically altered, destroyed, concealed or removed an item or thing, ie physical contact
SECOND QUESTION: “The second question, Further the information never mentions the term accessory. Or access sole liability. Following the jury instructions. Would lead one to believe having access. So real liability is enough to prove the defendant guilty of tampering with physical evidence. Is that the case or if the section titled Access so Real Liability from page 44 of the jury instructions misleading?”
COURT'S RESPONSE TO ATTORNEYS: So what the court intends to do is read count three again to the jury. Indicate that in count three and encounter by they will see the E Connecticut General Statute reference to 53 8-1 55 a one and 53 a dash 8853 a dash eight A refers to accessorial liability.

She answered fake phone call, manipulated his phone, lied about his whereabouts, shuttled back & forth from 80 MS while he cleaned the truck, burned evidence, dumped more evidence in Hartford. GUILTY!
And you think this means that she committed murder? Pawel was illegal and looking for flights out of the country. Why? I think Pawel helped Fotis commit the murder. Pawel was smart enough to get an immunity deal

I'm so sick of people saying she didn't commit murder like no sh$t she's not on trial for murder and that was reiterated in closing arguments. Pawel was given immunity more for his peace of mind and to ensure him he wasn't in trouble for anything, as we know Fotis had his truck, he also has a Green card, that makes him legal not illegal

I hope so. I followed this case all the way from scratch. But I think they will get mom's trial over and then either go for the father or Wendi. But she's got it coming

Also both of their behavior at Starbucks is very revealing. Their body language showed extreme stress and even anguish. Dulos looked like he was freaking out and she eas talking him" off the cliff as she clung to her bag
The Starbucks video, in its silence, was chilling! As has been said, both looked as if they would jump out of their skin, especially Fotis. As for telling detectives more than once that she ordered a sandwich, finding it disgusting and throwing it out. We see on the video that after paying MT immediately hands the unwrapped sandwich to Fotis who eagerly devours it. Why lie about something so irrelevant?
@@clisig2153 He stuffed the license plates in the storm drain mbut what made me laugh was her excuse for getting gum off her fingers.....a dirty sidewalk. Gross. I don't think it was gum (unless I missed something).....the plates were altered with tape....I'm thinking electrical tape. I don't know if the plates were altered weeks, days months or years before and for what reason?? Did they ever say why the plates were altered?? I thought maybe he used them on the Tacoma on the way down and back to and from Jennifers house the day he murdered her but that doesn't make any sense. If he had gotten pulled over for any reason that morning, the plates would've jammed him up because once ran, they wouldn't have come back to anything until the deception was uncovered then they would've come back cancelled but to him and a 2007 Chevy Suburban. He would've been in trouble for attaching plates. It doesn't make sense to me?? for him to use them that day. I think she was altering the plates the whole time he was dumping the trash bags and her fingers got sticky (it's just the wiping them on a filthy sidewalk that is gross to me)
I’m not worried about length of time jury is taking. 6 charges, so less than 2 hours per charge at this point. They are being thorough as they should! At lunch they were questioning charge 3 so they are at least that far one would think!
if you have been following the juror questions, there appear to be no apparent major arguments. They are simply being careful in their deliberations and ensuring they understand the wording of the charges precisely (as well they should). I believe major disagreement would have been well and truly aired to the court by this time should they exist.

I'm really going to miss this judge after this trial. He has been fantastic. I believe he always knows what his response will be but takes the time to explain his answer which I love. He's a no nonsense judge. I also loved Alex Murdaugh's judge "brang the jury" and the judge in Darrel Brooks trial, however I don't believe she should have allowed Darrell to get away with most of his conduct. At least it wasn't borning.
I hope Jennifer’s poor children and family will be able to try and start to heal now. ❤
They have a lot to look at 6 charges and they have to agree on all 6 of them separately that’s what the judge had said so it’s a lot that can’t be done quickly

Yes, she is the most slippery defendant - she danced such a fine line - trying to look helpful and trying to not seem guilty. So when you piece it all together, she definitly was part of this plan - and she could have been the instigator. But - despite the amazing lack of a smoking gun - it's the SMOKE that makes this woman truly evil. She was not just involved, she was the master of the burning of the body! Imagine her handling bags with body parts - and she claims she knew nothing.
She’s a monster to hate a woman of 5 that she never met.
Did they test the ashes in the fireplace? I wonder if a trace of DNA/bine fragments could still be detected after burning?

My guess is that is one way that dna and organic matter is obliterated - by fire. They were hauling wood into the house several days before the murder as per Pawel's testimony - that's where MT said Jennifer should be "buried"... @@cindyavery-wise9465

Yes great judges Kimberly in these last few trials. Answering the call from Greece is what stays with me the most, she had to be in on this crime before it was committed. I foregot where she said she was after she left the Petu at 11:00. To the pond? Skiing? Was her wherabouts verified. FD got to 80 MSRoad at 12:33, no one saw how he got back to his house? I just wondered if she met him or was waiting to pick him up? I forget her timeline. Wondered if that is what the jury wanted, the time she may have left Petu's place

Off topic, I wonder did they check Kent's phone to find out his travels on May 24, 2019. I suspect (just me) that he disposed of Jen's body. Maybe it will come up in his trial. Both Fotis and Kent wanted their wives gone. Evil.

Folis Dulos did not even know Kent's wife. He called her and asked her to lunch. Eerily suggested she and Kent "use" his house as a place where they could get together and" re-kindle" their relationship ?!!! thank god she was suspicious and didn't go

Considering the nature of today's question, It would seem that there is only a minor elemental factor that was outstanding in the clarification of that particular charge. I would be very surprised at a not guilty for tampering when you consider the courts response.

Not trying to defend her but IMO, this whole trial seems more like seeking vengeance instead of justice. It’s so dramatic because they try to make her look like she’s worst than Fotis, the actual killer. They desperately want to get Michelle convicted just to save face because Fotis spit on everyone’s face by taking the easy way out. Once again, just my opinion. Sorry in advance if this is not well received.
So you don't believe a person should be held accountable for "conspiring to commit a murder" and then "disposing of evidence" of that murder just because their accomplice died? She had her chance to ask for a plea deal or just be truthful from the beginning yet she chose to lie over and over in police interviews. Fotis killed himself 8 months after the murder. She had all that time to tell the truth of that morning that Jennifer died!

MT is not guilt of murder. No direct or circumstantial evidence exist to convict her. The DA messed up by giving Pawel immunity. I heard more circumstantial evidence to convict Pawel. Justice for MT and Jennifer.

She has NOT been charged with murder, but conspiracy to commit murder. Under CT law that means she only had to have foreknowledge of, act in furtherance of the crime. She didn't have to be there/participate in the actual murder; she could have been 100 miles away when Jenn was killed. Simply answering Fotis' phone that morning at the house with Fotis nowhere to be found, the pre-planned alibi phone call from Greece/Fotis' friend (lasting 17 secs) makes her complicit.
FD murdered his wife. MT did not plan the murder.
