Bodycam footage captures the shocking moment Ohio police found a three-year-old seemingly clinging to life, with her mother nowhere in sight on January 8. Moments after the child was taken away by police for medical attention, they finally made contact with her mother outside the Fairborn home. Try the foster adopt program then you will get your bundle of joy, someone that needs love from you. Dont give up, my friend adopted a child 20 years ago and he s smart and in college. Yes she was older when they adopted but already had all the things they needed like a house and dogs. Truly he s a smart young man.
I feel your pain. I can't have a baby or adopt due to health issues and my husband and I would love a child more than anything. Seems like those who dont want a child have them the easiest. 😢
@@debbiekosareff1747 I agree, and it doesn't cost money. There are a lot of kids in foster care that are up for adoption. The state will pay for everything to help you with the adoption process, down to a clothing and food allowance. The adoption agencies are a scam, they're in it for the money, kids should not be sold. You shouldn't even try to pay for that nonsense.

Young mothers who are immature or have a degree of a learning disability get overwhelmed by responsibility. Looks like this has been going on for a long time. I just lost my 4 year old a year ago to cancer. We fought for 2 years to save his life and would give anything to have him back. Meanwhile there are these terrible people that are gifted beautiful, healthy children, and they do everything in their power to destroy them. It does not make sense.

I truly don't understand how anyone could do this to a child, theirs or not. It's unfathomable. My almost 15 month old boy weighs over 20lbs, and he's on the thin side. A 3year-old weighing 16lbs is horrific.

Most likely a major depressive episode. This isn’t an excuse, she still neglected her kid by not asking for help and will hopefully be charged for this. But she likely didn’t get out of bed much and had food delivered. You don’t have to eat a lot to gain weight if you’re burning a negligible amount of calories. It doesn’t work the same way in a kid who will be more affected by malnutrition. This situation is similar to someone with SI who leaves behind a dependent. I perform autopsies and have received more than one body on multiple occasions because of this.

From what I have found, the little girl is still recovering. The mom has been charged with felony assault and felony endangering of a child. Trial was supposed to start on May 6 but her attorney filed for a suppression hearing. They are saying everything she said before her rights were said to her is inadmissible. The suppression hearing is set for May 16 at 2pm. Greene County Common Pleas. Rabyah Nadirah Muballigh is her name.

It's a serious case where they want to make sure they've done everything right, to a T, so it doesn't hurt the case. At that point, they didn't even know if the baby would survive! And it's a hugely serious case either way.
This isn't a traffic violation, and if she genuinely has some back problem that he ignored, and the cuffs made worse, the police department might get into some trouble. She's also not high risk to have the cuffs in front - she's too big to slip or escape the cuffs, and not resisting.

But i dont see any judge seeing this footage in court and being like, well its the first time you starved your daughter to almost death, left her bed soiled, and allowed multiple bug bites to continue without doing anything about it, i dont see a judge seeing all this and giving her a slap on the wrist.
Then again, we can't even get the unredacted list of people who went to Jeff Epstiens island, so nothings surprising anymore.

She'll be in jail for a bit and mostly likely get probation or some house arrest. Basically a slap on the wrist. Children are not protected by our laws just adults.

This women didn't ask about her childs status for so long. .she called 911 about her child being unresponsive and then left her daughter alone in that apartment. Then didn't ask if she was alive for a long time after interacting with the cops. This women is sick. So happy that baby was still alive and i hope she gets the childhood she deserves
She didn’t seem to understand what was happening and then got emotional. I literally thought she may be mentally deficient or in some kind of drug stupor. Judging by the youngster’s condition, this has been going in for awhile. Basically, torture. I am torn between sadness and rage.
@@baomao7243 I agree. I’m leaning more toward mental intellect. Having worked in the social services field for over 15 years, I don’t think she’s capable of taking care of herself or a baby. She hasn’t given proper care because she not capable of doing so. It’s been an ongoing situation probably her entire adult life.

Having mental illness or learning difficulties (and I’ve got both) gives you one of the best hearts. Not saying people are perfect, no one is. This woman is pure evil. She was ok enough to phone the police then where was she while they went in there to find a toddler little girl seriously unwell. It’s because of that people that say peope who have mental illness or learning difficulties will be serious harm to our kids why we get taken of them. Instead abusers like this freak are allowed to keep there kids.
