@@kaishawilliams8507 No it wouldn't it would be difficult to style and get weighed down very easily without fail if you have very thin hair it's impossible to get any volume without having some frizz.
It's so great when influencers are honest and recognise not just the expense but also practicalities of transitioning and/or finding products that support the health and beauty of our scalps/hair and overall health. I don't like the cast but love definition, volume and movement. I have 3C/4A protein sensitive curls. Top 3- Shampoo - Mielle exfoliating shampoo Deep Conditioner - Mielle protein free deep conditioner Styler - Mielle pomegranate souffle gives such fantastic hold and softness
Yasssss!! I was thinking the same thing!! And then when she picked down the length of her hair also! I would have a frizzy fro!! Lol..she always has beautiful results. I must be doing something wrong.. lol😉
I tried the dipidy doo and wasn't in love per se. Was just kind of a gel lol But then I tried the Not your mother's moose. And ma'am! That stuff is lifeeee! Wasn't too sure about a moose but it's amazing, volume, definition, super easy to distribute in hair without disturbing the curls. I am in love. And have stuck to the not your mother's deep green tea conditioner as well! Love the stuff 😊
So that not your mother’s hair mask is my fav too. It’s been a fav for years. It’s amazing and literally brings my hair back to life EVERY TIME! but I need to give that gel a try!!!
I've been watching all your videos!! I've always had curly hair and now almost 30 Im finally learning to care for my curls. My routine has always been shower and no product and air dry. For years. 😬😬 Unless I'm straightening my hair. Every close woman around me has straight hair. I was adopted so my mom and family all have straight hair. My best friends all have straight hair. In the last year i became really close to a girl with curly hair and she would constantly tell me my curls could look so much better. I really appreciate all your videos! Thank you! I'm getting so many compliments on my hair now.
Hey Naturalistas, I've gone back to wearing my natural hair curly. I haven't used heat, since Covid-19 shutdown the country. I had some permanently straight ends. I ventured out in a face mask about two weeks ago and had my ends trimmed about 2 inches. I washed and conditioned, but applied no product. The young lady wore her hair natural and cut it curly. It was a haircutter salon. She said it will take about 6 months to fully grow out. Anyway, I've been using Camille Rose Naturals products. The Almond Jai Twisting Butter, Cocoa Nibs & Honey - Ultimate Growth Serum, Curl Love Moisture Milk, Fresh Curl, and Honey Leave-In Collection, Cantu Moisturizing Gel, African Pride Moisture Miracle Shea Butter & Flaxseed Oil Curling Cream (Leftover from last year and almost gone), Royal Crown Hair Dressing for my scalp, and Murray's Hair Dressing Pomade for edges. I bought BCL intense hydration daily miracle mist to spray oil, instead of making an oil/water spray mix. I wash and condition every four days using Marc Anthony Strictly Curls 3X shampoo and conditioner, using the Hydrate + Soften Deep Treatment Mask once per week. I did a protein treatment last week. The kind that gets hard, not Aphogee. It was too expensive at Sally's. My hair is healthier, but almost too soft. Each night I spritz it with water, use the Loc Method, and twist/plait it in 5 sections securing the ends with tiny bands. I tie it up. It's not short or long, so I finger comb it and use an extra thick hair band to put it in a curly puff. The problem is the constant need to rewet my hair. I wet it at night and in the morning. Is this necessary? Seriously, this is why I've been a straight natural for so many years. It's just above chin length The texture is between 3C, 4A, and 4B. The straight pieces are hard to tell right now. Any suggestions on hair products/styles?
I recommend using growth products from tropic isle living. They are curly girl approved. I personally like their red pimento oil and coconut castor oil. It is a very natural brand and i deep condition once a week and put these oils on my scalp along with the mask. The camille rose oil you use is very effective but you should try out some other oils as well! Some stylers you could try are the transitioning milk from shea moisture or the curl enhancing smoothie. An amazing hair mask is the power greens reconstructor from shea moisture or the shea moisture deep treatment mask. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND using AMLA oil or indian gooseberry on your hair. It is a miracle oil. Shea moisture has their own amla oil mixture but you can also purchase powder to mix with water. You can use as a deep conditioner or apply small amounts every couple days. Not to mention the brand curls has an amazing scalp treatment oil too. Curlsmith is expensive but there hydro flexi jelly contains amla and so does their full lengths density elixir and they have amazing masks and stylers. Not your mothers curl talk line is full of cheap but amazing products. Lastly, if your hair is getting too soft you might have over-moisturized your hair and you need to re-balance it with protein. The shea moisture manuka honey power treatment is my absolute favorite. FOR SURE try that out. This is as much as I can recommend. Good luck with your natural hair- also i have to drench my hair every morning to "refresh it" each day. This is normal and once your hair is longer and stronger you wont need to get it super wet and it will be quicker and easier to style. I am working my way through this process too and its frustrating at times but stay patient and keep going!
Sis! Can we just take a moment to admire your luscious and FULL hair?!! WOW! I can tell the difference! Looks so full and amazing! Going to order me some of those hair growth products!
**goes and buys the rest of the Curl Smith scalp line** I’ve been using the Curl Smith scalp line probiotic, shampoo and conditioner paired with the Mielle Organic Rosemary and Mint hair masque for the past month to see how it makes my hair grow. Length check next week so I’m excited to see what the results are. I definitely want to add the rest of the Curl Smith products in to see what those results could be
I love the scalp line probiotic, shampoo, conditioner and especially the mask I couldn't live without it. I definitely also want to try the rest of the scalp line.
Claudia Mirandola I have been seeing some growth for sure! I started out around 7 inches in May and by June I was at 9. I recently moved so I have a hard time taking progress pictures by myself now, but my hair has definitely grown more since June too. I can tell it is a lot fuller too!
Sunday morning ritual. Coffee and Bianca Renee Today! Can't wait to try the dippity do. I have it in my stash, but haven't tried it yet. Love, love, love the other two products. Happy Sunday!
I haven't found good shampoo yet, but three products I use are 1. Carols daughters curl quenching conditioner 2. Shea moisture curl enhaning smooth 3. Shea moisture anti-frizz max hold gel
Your hair has been looking AMAZING and so long!!!!!!!😍seriously my hair goals. I wish I could book a personal appointment with you to help me with my hair😂love you❤️
After reviewing the CurIsmith a few weeks ago (thanks to your awesome videos), I recently the brought that shampoo, primer, conditoner, and deep conditoner. Plus the styling products of the Curlsmith Mositure line. So nervous, but excited to try them out today! First time using different shampoo and conditioner since I only used shea mositure jamaican black castor oil line so I hope it turns out great lol
The dippity-do girls with curls gel is really one of the best out there. Imo it’s better than the eco styler and diva curl. Canadians you can find it at Walmart it’s only $5.67
For any girls wondering about the Dippity Doo I always find mine at TJMaxx! Also if any of you are like me and hate rose scents I actually think it’s more of a sweeter floral scent and not roses. It’s not straight up flowers, it’s got a sweetness to it that I love and it’s light! Just wanted to let you know in case the scent could have been a put off for any of you! And the gel is like a soft/med hold but usually when it’s about 60% dry I’ll take some more gel and softly put it on to create more hold.
Please do a video of what products are needed for different protective styles and what order to apply the products for each protective style for best long lasting results
Omg that shirt!! 😍 Where did you get it?!! They are all NYM products 🙈 1. NYM Curl Talk Shampoo 2. NYM Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom Deep Conditioner 3. NYM Curl Talk Mousse
As always another enlightening video--though I wonder how these products would do on my 3C-4A coolly/bushy hair. Even more important--your skin is looking fabulous. I recall your skin videos from a year or so ago with hyperpigmentation issues--from which I suffer as well. The transformation is remarkable. Maybe it's posted somewhere, but I'd like to see a update on your skin care regimen. Maybe it's just that beautiful baby that made the difference. Either way, best wishes.
Great video. I appreciate curly-hair influencers like yourself, but am often challenged because you all use and talk about so many different product lines all the time. Narrowing it down to your favorites is so helpful!
I am so happy that I watched your video for the DIY hair mask! It has made a HUGE difference in the condition of my hair! Also I was a faithful Devacurl product user and thank you for making people aware of the issue because my hair had pretty much lost its curl, it was dry and lifeless. I had no idea why it was doing that ugly hair thing! So Im Fighting my way back to my beautiful curls again. Thank you Thaank you!
Your hair is beautiful. I have tried the Dippity Do gel. Hair was so dry the next day. Have Lo Porosity 3C hair but my hair does not love gel or mousse. Was using the Shea Moisture Gel Souffle but it seems this product is not the same. I literally have to put it in the microwave (suggestion from the company) to put it on my hair. Looking for a jelly that doesn't leave my hair hard or dry.
The photographs you have displayed with the beautiful black women with afros are so awesome! I love that you are showing that all textures of hair are beautiful. Diversity is everything. Thank you! :)
I have visited (back when stores were opened in the 1800s) EVERY local Marshall’s and TJ Maxx within a 1-hour radius. No luck yet. That gel looks SO good. The curls are popping and the length! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
1. Shea moisture castor oil shampoo 2. Shea moisture castor oil strengthen & restore conditioner 3. Shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie A lot of my hair has fallen due to my thyroid levels so I am looking for something thats a bit lighter than the shea moisture products
I found the dippy do girls with curls gel at the Marshall's store near me and I love it. Every time I use it I get so many compliments. Even my sister who has her cosmetology license asked what I used cause my curls looked so good. Thanks for the recommendation, one of my favorite gels!❤
Wow. Your hair is growing soo fast and looking AMAZING. if I was stranded on an island I would bring the Design Essentials Almond & Avocado moisturizing shampoo, followed by the Mielle babassu& mint deep conditioner, and as a styler the Eden body works coconutshea curl defining cream and put my hair in 2 braids or twists. (That is If I could only choose one styler; it would be a cream... gel only is a no go for me)
I am love with the curly smith scalp. It got rid off all my flakiness. I’m glad, so for a shampoo the pro biotic scrub and clarifying shampoo from Curl Smith, from Maui Moisture the deep container volcano ash line and styler Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie .
LOVE the gel and mask, I’ve been using the gel since I started watching your videos years ago! Still my all time favorite. This is also my go to mask but I love trying new ones so I always switch it up and my last two must have products are the Rizos shampoo and conditioner! Coincidentally all products I started using because of YOU! 😆 thank you!
I have been watching your videos for 3 months now (the day where i decided to go natural) and im so happy to say because of you my hair has passed collarbone length. ! From the bottom I couldn’t thank you enough you seriously helped me learn about my hair. 💗😭
BiancaReneeToday I stopped using products that contained of sulfates , parabens etc etc . I live in florida and it’s HOT out here , my hair was always in “protective” hair styles so imagine the breakage and dryness I got from them . And I was so confused I didn’t where to start and I think it was lords work cause one of your videos that teaches about sulfates popped on my recommended list 😂
I finally grabbed the dippity doo gel when I saw it at TJ Maxx in March, and it really is amazing. I haven’t tried it alone yet but I love it over a light leave in conditioner. I get amazing day 1 volume but good hold!
Stranded on Island Survival Kit: Shea Moisture Bamboo Charcoal Deep Cleansing Shampoo, Shea Moisture JBCO Strength and Restore masque and Curl Smith Curl Defining Souffle.
Awesome video! Never thought to use the shampoo without the other steps. Shampoo, curls smith scalp recipe Deep conditioner - pacifica pineapple curls Gel - dippidy do!
How can you be sure that it’s the hair growth products that is actually making your hair grow? I’m not saying it’s not but couldn’t it be other factors as well like diet, lifestyle, genes, etc? Or is an inch of hair growth in a month abnormal for your hair? I would just hate to purchase a product and it not have similar results. Maybe you could try to see where your hair growth is after a month without using the product? Or maybe you have. I’m new to your channel but I have liked what I have seen ever since your honesty about DevaCurl. As those products put my daughters curls in jeopardy as well. So thank you for that.
I love the Matcha masque! I finished the trial size and want to get a tub of it 💚 I only completely noticed how long my hair was getting when I washed and deep conditioned yesterday ..I was shook on top of just giving myself a pretty good under cut for my first time using clippers on myself 🤗🌟🧡✨🌿💙
I have all those products! Love them! Was very fortunate to find the gelee at H-E-B here in Texas! Bought 2 in case I didn’t see it again 😅 I absolutely love the curlsmith scalp line, it’s my ride or die hair line 😎
You have been SO much help!!! My youngest daughter (almost 4) has beautiful curly hair. The kind that I would have to pay good money for. I have super straight hair, as do my 2 other girls. I listened to a podcast (women of UA-cam I think) where you talked about your channel. Just the few videos I’ve watched so far has helped me get better products for my daughter but also helped me know how to actually work said products and make her curls look amazing. She even watches with me now to help her learn too. Plus she thinks it’s awesome that she gets special hair stuff that her sisters don’t. Lol.
Haven't really found a shampoo I LOVE, but.. Conditioner: Coco Creme by Carol's Daughter Leave in: Kinky Curly Knot For Me Gel: Curl Smith In-Styler Shower Gel
I'd take As I Am tea tree and olive oil cowash, maui moisture bamboo mask (or one of the many honey's handmade masks, which I've just started trying! You should do some videos on them. They have some growth specific BiancaRenee approved products). And then probably Cantu Curl Activator Cream (Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus smoothie is a close second.) There's so many good products out there!
I don’t usually use gel but thought I would give the Dippity Do Gel a go. OMG! this gel is amazing. Thank you Bianca for introducing me to this gel. Really love your videos. So informative and has really helped with my curl journey ❤️
i bought the apple blossom conditioner because you suggested it and i LOVE it! would love to see your morning and evening routine with the curlsmith products!
If you only have a conditioner and no deep conditioner/mask, you can mix some conditioner with a little water and oil from the kitchen (Maybe other stuff like aloe or honey, etc) in a little bowl. ^^
You are so right that the gel smells like the color pink! I absolutely LOVE it and am so glad i dont have trouble finding it in Marshall’s here in MA! That’s a top product for me for sure and then the avocado deep conditioner mask from Raw Sugar and Shea moisture shampoo!
Hi Bianca! I have been wanting to try the Curlsmith supplements and have been hesitant since seeing some online reviews where users have had acne issues arise upon using the hair vitamins. I was wondering if you have had any skin issues caused by the supplements. I ask since it seems like you and I have similiar skin type. Thanks so much for all of your amazing content!!! :) :) -Annette
I just saw on ulta .com that curlsmth has a new conditioner out the Perfect Glow conditioner with watermelon seed oil!! It's labled as step two and references a shampoo so I assume a matching shampoo will be released as well! And, a hair make color adding gel! What! Can't wait to try these new curlsmith products. They are so new that they aren't even listed on curlsmith's website yet. think I saw them in the transition period being added to ulta's site. Super excited!
I'd love for you to review the Only Curls products (I'm in the UK) if you can! I'm transitioning to natural from relaxed and heat damaged and have been loving your videos for helping me choose curly hair products. I have the Curlsmith co-wash and oil-in cream and loving them both so far x
My go to three products: JBCO shea moisture shampoo (I’m hoping) Not your mother’s green hair mask. I am waiting for it in the mail And curls crème brule whipped curl cream
I use the same shampoo and deep conditioner from the video i just also add in the Not Your Mother's curl defining conditioner to detangle in the shower and I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER WASH DAY!!!!! My three would be either Curlsmith or As I Am scalp shampoo, Matcha Green Tea Deep-Con and my As I Am Smoothening Gel.
First of all your hair looks absolutely gorgeous!! My three right now, because I've tried only a few different products would be Shea Moisture JBCO shampoo, the deep conditioner, and Design Essentials Honey Curl Forming Custard.
Hi bianca, so I went natural yeaaars agoo. Back than I only used a gel and it lasted me at least 4 days! My hair was long and full! But then someone convinced me that the products that i used was not for my curls and that i need to use more products. Now I am back to zero because my hair never stays in place. It is getting dryer by the day and it is breaking! I keep Cutting it because of my poor results. Now I see you doing exactly what i did years ago and i just wish I've known this sooner. Take notes to improve but Stick to what works for you people. Xx thanks sow much bianca i think that because of you I will get my Luscious curls back. 😁❤️ PS your hair is amazing!
Dayum I’ve never seen someone’s hair looks so good after giving birth. What genes do you have and where can I purchase them?
🤣🤣 hopefully you think this when my postpartum shedding kicks in 🙈
BiancaReneeToday girl you’re hair would look good if you only had half of it😂 love your content💕
@@kaishawilliams8507 No it wouldn't it would be difficult to style and get weighed down very easily without fail if you have very thin hair it's impossible to get any volume without having some frizz.
Sadie Adler well someone’s a little serious 😂 it was a compliment my love
Sadie Adler she was just giving her a compliment we all knows what happens
It's so great when influencers are honest and recognise not just the expense but also practicalities of transitioning and/or finding products that support the health and beauty of our scalps/hair and overall health. Top 3-
Shampoo - Mielle exfoliating shampoo
Deep Conditioner - Mielle protein free deep conditioner
Styler - Mielle pomegranate souffle gives such fantastic hold and softness
1. Maui moisture curls shampoo
2. Not your Mother's naturals deep repair conditioner
3. Cantu curl activator cream
When you pulled your curls I was like “how does that doesn’t make her hair frizzy???” but it doesn’t, impressive 👏🏻
Yasssss!! I was thinking the same thing!! And then when she picked down the length of her hair also! I would have a frizzy fro!! Lol..she always has beautiful results. I must be doing something wrong.. lol😉
I think that every time lol. My curls would separate (the frizzy way) if I did that, lol. I would have a head full of fly aways instead of curls lol.
Can you do a video explaining about protein and moisture balance? Also suggesting products with it
Kimberly cherrell has great videos on this
I would love to see Bianca Renee do that as well
Manes by Mell has an amazing video on this specific topic ❣️
Yess!!
Yesss I need this video too
That matcha green tea mask is AMAZING! My hair has grown and thickened so much from using it consistently.
I buy my Dippity Doo at a store called Navarro, it’s always there! If you have a hard time finding it look there! 😁
I tried the dipidy doo and wasn't in love per se. Was just kind of a gel lol
But then I tried the Not your mother's moose. And ma'am! That stuff is lifeeee!
Wasn't too sure about a moose but it's amazing, volume, definition, super easy to distribute in hair without disturbing the curls. I am in love.
And have stuck to the not your mother's deep green tea conditioner as well! Love the stuff 😊
Definitely hair is growing beautifully and healthy!! Love how much denser it looks now. So it’d not just growing longer but thicker also!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
So that not your mother’s hair mask is my fav too. It’s been a fav for years. It’s amazing and literally brings my hair back to life EVERY TIME! but I need to give that gel a try!!!
Lm home today claen my room that all

I bought BCL intense hydration daily miracle mist to spray oil, instead of making an oil/water spray mix. When she didn’t have to section her hair I got jealous.
We need an updated version of your top curly hair routine videos
I just tried Dippity Do Girls with Curls. Where has this gel been all my life! It's amazing. I should have tried it years ago!
I found the dippy do girls with curls gel at the Marshall's store near me and I love it. Every time I use it I get so many compliments. Even my sister who has her cosmetology license asked what I used cause my curls looked so good. Thanks for the recommendation, one of my favorite gels!❤
YAAASSSS
Would love to see a video on taking care of your children curls. My daughter almost 5 and love her curls and want to keep them going
How you like the Rizos ?
dippy-do girls with curls gel is $12.49 on amazon. I ordered it let’s see how this plays out!
You are gonna love it!
@Janiya Gowdy is that a website? How much was shipping?
I just got mine in yesterday from amazon from watching her previous video. Can’t wait to try it
If you go into their Instagram page and click the link on their bio you’ll pay $7. If you’re lucky some Walmart’s sell them in store.
It’s really good I saw the difference with just that
Hey Bianca have you been trimming your hair for split ends at home and if so could you show us how you do it
I have been watching your videos for 3 months now (the day where i decided to go natural) and im so happy to say because of you my hair has passed collarbone length. ! From the bottom I couldn’t thank you enough you seriously helped me learn about my hair. 💗😭
Aww amazing!! Love seeing this! What did you do to see these results?? 👀
Bianca you look SO BEAUTIFUL! I couldn’t stop looking at your glowing skin..
I finally grabbed the dippity doo gel when I saw it at TJ Maxx in March, and it really is amazing. I haven’t tried it alone yet but I love it over a light leave in conditioner. I get amazing day 1 volume but good hold!
Also could you try some hair products from the brand Alaffia please and I really appreciate all the work you put in your videos for us 🥰
Stranded on Island Survival Kit: Shea Moisture Bamboo Charcoal Deep Cleansing Shampoo, Shea Moisture JBCO Strength and Restore masque and Curl Smith Curl Defining Souffle.
I was worried to use not your mother's because of the deva curl controversy
My top 3 right now are my function of beauty shampoo and conditioner. A styler would probably be Curlsmith’s weightless air dry cream!
Awesome video! Never thought to use the shampoo without the other steps. Shampoo, curls smith scalp recipe
Deep conditioner - pacifica pineapple curls
Gel - dippidy do!
Thank you for simplifying a curly hair routine so helpful ❤
Lol.
Was binge watching your other videos waiting for this to post 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬 right on
time
Haven't really found a shampoo I LOVE, but..
Conditioner: Coco Creme by Carol's Daughter
Leave in: Kinky Curly Knot For Me
Gel: Curl Smith In-Styler Shower Gel
I'd take As I Am tea tree and olive oil cowash, maui moisture bamboo mask (or one of the many honey's handmade masks, which I've just started trying! You should do some videos on them. They have some growth specific BiancaRenee approved products). And then probably Cantu Curl Activator Cream (Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus smoothie is a close second.) There's so many good products out there!
I bought the not your mothers green apple masque during the ulta sale because you’ve been recommending it. Gonna try it soon
Hey can you place make a video That you gone film what you do 7 days for your hair and when you was your hair
Bianca’s Notifications Squad is Here 🥰🥰🥰 Been waiting for this video....Thanks for all you do Bianca 😊💪🏽
I already DONT have alot of products. But for sure my top conditioner is a not your nothers brand. They are THE BEST. So affordable and amazing slip
I have found the Dippty Do collection at T.J. Maxx. I am in Atlanta, GA. Try their website to see if they have it. This gel smells so good!
Please tell me you have a link to that T-Shirt 😁
Kelsey Oakes diy tshirt in one of her videos she shows you how to make it!
My go to three products:
JBCO shea moisture shampoo
(I’m hoping) Not your mother’s green hair mask. I am waiting for it in the mail
And curls crème brule whipped curl cream
My three would be ogx pracaxi shampoo, vatika naturals olive oil and almond deep conditioner and every strand cream gel
Rizos Curls Hydrating Shampoo, DIY Banana-Honey Condish Mask, and a combo of Marc Anthony’s Strictly Curls and Redken’s #16, Hard Up gel
Hmm, I'd bring the Shea Moisture Curl and shine Shampoo, the SHea Moisture Raw Shea butter Conditioner, and the Curl Enhanging Smoothie.
Could you please make a video on the different ways to part curly hair thats flattering to different face shapes
I love that gel too! Probably the best curl definition ever!
You made me so motivated to focus on my hair and work on getting it better!!!!
Once you told us about the Gelee I Purchased it and I love it. 👍🏾✔ Let's see what else I will be adding to my Stash. 😁
Wow. Dippity Do. I haven't heard that in years! I didn't even know they still made product. This made my day.
Bounce curl clarifying shampoo, conditioner and ecoslay Jell-O shot gel would be what I would pick 🙌🏻🙌🏻
