My experience attempting suicide and seeking professional help

If you couldn’t tell from the title of this video I’m going to be discussing very sensitive matters that could be triggering to some. Please note that I was also extremely nervous in this video so my eye contact is all over the place. My nerves were real bad here unfortunately. Lastly I want to note that i am NOT telling people to not seek professional help for mental health. I’m simply documenting my experiences with seeking help/treatment. This video is more so people can be aware and be careful when seeking treatment for mental help. I believe everyone deserves accessibility to professional help. However it just doesn’t always pan out that way. Be aware and keep conversations about mental health rolling.
