I remember first hearing it in my high school - I was mesmerized. I'm now settled in Ireland for 17y. Irish people are special. Music, sense of humor, pure love just because you are.
So sad that in the conflict of today, still nobody cares... Love for the people of Gaza and the israeli victims. People will never learn.Its always the innocent and kids that pay the price...
After all these years, this song is still on point. So many wars in this world and the children are the first victims. Humanity will never learn, so sad... I'm lucky enough to live in a peaceful country.

This song is sadly timeless, just as poignant as ever. Dolores O’Riordan has such a unique voice and is perfect for this song. It is such a meaningful song to people who grew up with the “troubles” in Northern Ireland/Ireland/UK, UK less than the others. Your reaction added to the emotion this song gives me.
