Wow, the Big Seafood eat out was insane, we thank the Patron's for making this episode positively delightful.
"This is what it's all about". That just about sums it up. Damn!
I forgot how much I enjoyed your underwater filming. Love seeing you back out there doing what you love to do. Thank you for taking us along on your adventures. 🥰
Both of you are blessed with intoxicating smiles.
@12:58 a real easy trick with conch is just smashing two shells together, one aimed at that particular spot, and it breaks real easy.
Billy n Sierra n Jetts: LOVE the Lobster videos!!!! 🦞
I think 40 min videos would be ideal. Love the diving, sea life, dinner recipe (still need to bake Lobster Thermidor). Show us explore of empty islands and what a full day is like from coffee to end of day…. ☠️🍹🦜
But the Lobster ones are #Epic!
It's really cool seeing you two youngins back in your element enjoying life.
Y’all have earned your lifestyle pure bliss’
Great to be back in the Bahamas with you guys. The diesel mechanic in me couldn’t help but notice the 12v71 Detroit Diesel in the sunken boat at 5:32
I saw that too. You have to wonder who dove down and ripped the heads of it underwater?!?!?!?!!! Let alone why?
Exactly @@gbsailing9436
Yup, a real workhorse.
Your new home looks so cozy out there on the water.
Great to see you back on the water, been a long time.
The juicer works better when you put the flesh side down and skin side up! Know it seems wrong but thats the way the chef showed me.
Smooth sailing!
I was going to comment the same 😂
your underwater part of video was BRILLIANT!
Hi Folks, I found your channel a month ago by watching your stormy passage to Guatemala. You beautifully captured the high seas and the exhaustion of making a passage. Thank you. Since then I went back and watched all your rebuild videos from the auction onward. Amazing effort and your attention to detail and trials and tribulations made it real. Wonderful quality workmanship both on the boat and with your video editing. I've been trying to continue watching chronologically but have trouble finding which one comes next. If possible maybe you could begin each title with its EE number, then the description. Also, please take care with skin protection. I'm in my 70s and spent lots of years on beaches, in the mountains, and some sailing. Now I see a dermatologist semi-annually, nothing serious but my skin would have appreciated me being less stupid in my younger days. I'm loving living your adventures vicariously from the comfort of my terrestrial desk. Sail on!
Glad you're back in the Bahamas. Wish we were back there!
Awesome intro 007...i started watching you when you bought the $100 boat and i thought you was crazy BUT when i tuned in every week you guys just brought life back into Her and you have awesome boat skills then your new Cat is Beautiful and your still very young and theres nothing better than the Life you guys are experiencing and we get to enjoy a snippet of what you get upto and i luv it..
Thank you for the wonderful video. I enjoyed watching it. Greetings from Serbia🌍
Y’all are making my rumble with hunger especially the lobster. Super expensive here in Michigan. My favorite channel
I was dang near drooling watching you eat that lobster. We live a long way from the sea, and the one thing dearly miss is the fresh seafood...I am gonna be thinking about Lobster for the rest of the week. Glad you are finally in your happy place doing what you dreamed of, and worked so hard for....
"She likes her lobster dipped in butter first and any fish other than tuna must be cooked" that dog is soooo spoiled, GOOD!
thanks for sharing, good to see you two back on the water and sailing.
It’s great to see all 3 of you enjoying the bounty of the Bahamas. Even though we live on a beach in Alabama, we take a trip to Exuma at least once a year for the last 10 years. This year we’re taking 3 other couples with us and we too live on what we catch while we’re there. Stay safe out there and thank you for taking all of us with you.
Man, I was sitting here just drooling over you guys gorging yourselves on that monster lobster, it sure looked delicious, glad you all enjoyed it while I had none to enjoy. lol
good on the both of you for having a go and taking the gamble , I hope it all works your way cheers
This day was 5 years in the making, sweet reward for all the hard work
Great to see you guys back out there. It’s been so long! Enjoy 😊
Great video ❤
The lemon squeezer works way better if you put the half in cut down. The way you have it the rind blocks off the holes
Ha! was noticing that too. I am the cook of my family and I almost picked up the phone and called her...:). Kidding of course...my anxiety at work!!!
Sierra so fun watching you harvesting from the sea. Just want to say we learned to use the juice squeezer like yours in Baja Mexico, home of fish tacos and Marguerite’s. As others said put the fruit in cut side down. Not exactly intuitive, but you will be amazed how much more juice you will get. Love your foodie episodes.
That conch salad looks amazing, but flip the citrus in the juicer 😂
Living your best lives!!! Don't recall ever getting so much enjoyment out of watching other people eat😂 Beautiful part of the world and an excellent video.
16:51 flip that lime the other way and squeeze!
Catching your own feast has to be the ultimate "feel good" feeling. I would have included champagne but that's just me! :)
Y’all have a cool looking sailboat really like it
Great to see you guys on the right side. lol God speed…
Love seeing y’all back in your element
Sooo relaxing!
Finally, you guys are back where I have always said yall were at your best. And so Jetty friendly. I am so so glad for you. The videos yet to come are going to be amazing i believe. Especialy since yall continue to impove the quality. More Jetty please lol.
Best wishes and delicious fishes from Montana. Happy lobstering !
Heck yes... you made my mouth water for some conch salad and lobster w/melted butter! Living the life !
The filming you guys do is amazing. Dog is happy.
10:42 Absolutely love that! “You killed we have to eat him” That lobster is huge and looks so GOOD! Is Conch similar to Abalone?
Livin the good life. Beast of a lobster..
It looks like you guys are back in your happy place. All the best in the Bahamas. Keep the good stuff coming.
I recommend watching this after you have eaten. How great!
As a Diver and fisherman living in So Florida since the 1970's we found different things to keep our pole spears and Fishing poles in two or three-inch thin wall PVC with a cap on one end then us a line for handles or hangers in boats. as far as grunt fish tastes like snapper when eating them. Great fried grilled. my diving day from Ft Pirect to Key West with some off of the West end in the Bahamas. I liked the three-point tip on my pole spear most times to get lobster and fish. back when I started a Hawian Sling around a Coral head, I could get 6 or 8 legal size on one dive.
That looks like so much fun. All that hard work is paying off. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Nothing wrong with Grunt. Delicious and more than enough meat for two. Underrated!
Thanks!
Awesome to see you enjoying the sea. We sit here and reminisce when we lived in Key West in the '70s. We were in our 20's and touched 30. rented the tiny bottom story house with our own own boat slip. Don't care for the conch, but we feasted on langusta, red snapper, blue crab, mahi mahi chicken dolphin, grouper, and any fish fresh from the fish boats when they came in. We were in the water daily. The cautious part about the Keys then: barracuda and moray eels. Sharks were no problem. When we moved to the mainland, we were stunned at the cost of a lobster and snapper and All the seafood we took for free from the sea.
For the juice press, you have to put the flesh of the lime facing down. When you press it inverts the skin. Squeeze better and less spray lol
Mrs. Webhead USA and I had mid-afternoon lunch today at our favorite Asian buffet, and I still am jealous of your meal! Just saying! :¬) Webhead USA
its good to see you've all made it back to the bahamas.
Make horn from a cleaner shell the concrete on was crazy on that one.
Thanks for sharing your lobster with me. Looks delicious. My mouth is still watering.😋
Absolutely fabulous. One of my favorite videos is when you were on the trawler and paddle boarding next to it. (I think it was Sierra). So glad you are back in your "Happy Place". Hope Jetty is getting on well. Fair winds!
Thank you from "Jupiter." Great video showing the preparation of Florida Lobster and Bahamian Conch. So many have never experienced the process you have taken us through...brings many past memories. The best to both of you and your new yacht.
You can deep fry the lobster shell and it tastes amazing. Crispy
Love you guys living your dream! I hope to be there someday
We’ve waited for these videos….awesomeness!
living the dream! You all deserve it, lots of hard work.
Great dive guys. I think a whole day of spearing, catching nabbin lionfish is a good day.
Awesome video. Looks like so much fun. I know, with twice as much work. Thanks for sharing.
that lobster.... mouth watering 😁
living the life through both of ya
Looks like yum, and a boat patching session.
Lived on Paradise Island back in the 90's. Loved getting fresh Conch under the bridge.
Try flipping those Orange, lemon, and lime over (meat side down). I've found you'll get much more juice out of them. Great video!
Great intro
Welcome back!
What a sweet boat guys!
Was in those swings a few months ago.
Lobster !! 🦞 yum 😋 happy to see you back where you belong 😎🐟
When he is licking the plate he is pre washing the dishes makes it easier 😄
Chef's tip!! Turn the citrus half over when squeezing, less juice in the eye!!
Thank you both, love your vids!
Wow so yummy that meal looked incredible. Lobster is sooo good
Eating good is half the fun
Made me want fresh lobsta! Yummy. Great video. You both are so happy. ❤❤
I just came from watching B is For Build refloat their sunken Arriva in Portland Oregon...i knew it was gonna be a freeze cracked sea strainer that did it. Next video i watch its you guys pulling up one of those for a decorative light...HA!

Grunts are delicious
Conch lobster and fish! Wow!
Been to pink sand beaches on eluthera when club med was there cool beach
Nice Video! Are you doing the everglades challenge with us this year?
1978 Johnson 85 on my Mako. Most reliable motor I have ever had
So keep your lobster shellls after eating what you can and soak overnight with hot water and some salt, pepper, a tad of butter. Next day take remaining liquid, strain, and use the lobster essence as a risotto base or rice base dish. Delicious and certainly using everything well.
Don't know if still in Bahama's, but the US State Dept just issued a level 2 travel advisory for the Bahama's. Might want to look it up. Be Safe!
Amazing
I'd like to see you go around South America and then sail all the islands in the South pacific. I love how you show us what you eat and how you prepare it. Were you sponsored by Seawind on your Seawind 1170 Catamaran. If so, what percentage if that applies? Thanks.
There's a small island I know of down here in the South Pacific I think should visit ... I think it's called Australia. You should go there. Lovely island down in the South Pacific.
Galley down is really good for when you’re filming cooking 😃🍻🥂
Finally an episode without too many dramas - albeit a punctured dingy.
Gota love when ya can be livn life.
It's heaven 😍
Wow what a Cray guys, for a good feed there hey. Are lion fish considered a noxious species in the Caribbean? The Conch itself was one mighty ugly mollusc! Does it taste like abalone? Anyway that’s guys for allowing us to experience your adventures in Paradise, take care and safe sailing- Noosa Australia- Gob Bless America 🇺🇸
Beautiful video glad to see you are out there enjoying life again hi Jetty girl
We dive West coast Crayfish in South Africa. Not as big as that one 😮 but we always eat everything. Also great with some mayo on the side. Our season is closed at the moment but this vid just made me grave some fresh out of the sea crayfish. Thanks guys👍👍
Queen conch makes GREAT conch chowder and fritters 😋👍Its been YEARS but my mother made legendary conch chowder. Everybody on the islands had standing orders 😆 🤣. We used to do a fishfry quite often with grouper, hogfish, conch chowder, conch fritters, and, of course, lobster 🦞 😉. Wonder what the poor folks are doing for dinner 🍽 😅
cooL episode...nice lil' hack w/the 'antenna'....& dinner was sup'a kooL 2...Luv u guy's...(be safe🎯)....'💙'.
Happy for you guys for sure. Sure others will tell you but use a knife to go around the knuckles like you do a tail and it will come off very easily.
Enjoy your vids.. u forgot to add diced ripe tomato to the conch salad, gotta have tomato 🙂
That was really mean eating and ENJOYING that lobster so much! Well done, though.
