Really enjoyed this interview. Love Angelo and as always he’s expands at a pretty fast tempo (he has so much to give!!!) - this is probably one of the first unrushed interviews I’ve watched him on 😀. And Susan is such a good interviewer!
[40:37] Haha! I can tell my hobby is awakening. And it goes in paralell. So, I have this intellectual interest in reading how mind works, how different traditions are approaching subject-object dichotomy, etc. But there is also this practical dimension of the hobby, like facing what's going on with body and mind, doing daily practice, being called/drawn to this place where resistance is trace, etc.
I’m listening to silence while feeling my whole body, while also sensing my own consciousness. All of this with major focus. This might do the thing once and for all, finally. I’ll let you guys know lol 😊
[51:11] Great question! I like to imagine the regular person being like this little bird with beak opened, waiting to be fed by the parenting bird. The Bird Mind, lol. 😄
Beautiful interview. I have a question Angelo. Why is thinking illness of mind? Is it not such an un-loving statement for our own mind? I understand the shadow work and all, but this ego of belief that "thinking and thoughts are disease", when we can live with unbound consciousness even with thinking going on at a distance?
I just watched a documentary about the mentioned organization matching people. Woah, the leaders, they look like kids playing "adult life" at the age of 6 or 7. You know, someone pretends to be a grocery store owner, some other kid pretends to be a firefighter, some other kids pretend to be married couples. That was the vibe I was getting. Besides their bodies telling different stories than their mouths. Have you noticed there was a little or no father figures involved from on victims' side?
Susan Telford is a ray of sunshine! Thanks Susan and Angelo for this teaching resource to share! Cheers to your classes together! 😊
Great interview... angelo is really refining how he presents this.

Great interviewer
It took me a year to get through the book 😅 there is just so much
