I don't like the signs on the walls, and the overall interior style is rather cold and clinical. It seems more like an office space than a home. I would redecorate it entirely, bringing in more colour and warmth, with some older furnishings to offset the modernity of the property. In saying all that... WHAT A SETTING FOR A HOME!!! I've always absolutely adored the Italian pine trees, and to have a home within a forest of them?! Wow! The beach also is so close! Grazie, my beloved Stefanie for another wonderful tour. xx

Bellissima! I love the footprint/design of the villa but mostly I am absolutely in love with the privacy and natural shade of the pine trees. I am obsessed in owning property on Sardegna, but, oh my gosh...this is amazing. Nice job as always Stefanie! Plus, I love golf cart driving!

These videos just keep getting better and better. The editing is top-notch. Now, what a residence!!!! Very different from what we usually see on this channel, more in line with something you would see in California. One quick comment though... at the very end you invited us to enjoy the lovely sounds of the ocean - and then those lovely sounds immediately stopped, replaced by music. Maybe let those soft wave sounds play for another 10 seconds or so? Just a thought... Love it. Thank you again for another excellent video!

The surrounding forest is just gorgeous, the property just blend into its surrounds, clean,chic and very modern style, loved the kitchen and its layout.
Non sono un frequentatore delle coste toscane e non sapevo dell'esistenza di questo comprensorio (è immerso in una pineta stupenda), veramente un bel posto. PS Stefanie non era facile risultare ancora più bella, mi fa piacere scrivere che ci sei riuscita (lo ripeterò fino alla noia, sono solo i complimenti spassionati di un uomo che apprezza la bellezza e lo charme di una ragazza incantevole).

Stefanie, you have a genuinely wonderful accent, and your grasp of English is excellent. Slightly mispronouncing English words makes you that much more endearing. If you ever have to talk about Whirlpool appliances again, it's pronounced "Wurl-pool." Keep up the great work!
I'm sorry but those walls look like they are in a parking garage. Everything else is wonderful, but I would redo those walls first thing. Just saying.....

Pass, and more renovations destroying past craftsmanship all for what..?..’CLEAN’ 🤨😳😩 beyond frustrating when everyone ‘lives’ in their home and it’s NOT picture postcard perfect, but hey it’s ‘clean’ looking at a moments notice lol. It’s just really sad people are adopting the American version of bland boring and zero built ins zero character. I suppose working for an Historical renovator/restorer really caused me to appreciate so much. Love the property itself though. I’m saving up for all the ‘fees’. 🙏🏻❤️
