You and Jami would go absolutely "nuts" in that place where she found those roses. She went through every one of them with love to find the exact ones for you!!
Lester's friend Jason from Cog Hill, he talked alot about the Peggy Martin rose in his one video. They are beautiful. Jami is such a wonderful and thoughtful friend.
I love the look of the fruit cocktail shrimp plant. I saw Jami looking at them and thought to myself how pretty is that. I want one lol. The search begins 🙂🦋
I love your beautiful climbing roses and the other tree.and plant. Om my look at that rain. Its really coming down. Havexa great day Steph. I hope you got everything planted that you wanted before the rain. ❤
You might want to add some bracing to your chicken run to make the frame stronger. That rose bush will add a lot of weight to the frame. It will give the plant more places to grab onto .
When Angie & Wes came and built the raised bed garden for Jami. I think Angie brought Jami a Peggie Martin Rose. I remember Angie telling Jami about it. ❤
The Peggy Martin Rose is beautiful! Thank you for sharing the rose history. Jami is the most thoughtful gift-giver! I’ll look forward to seeing the Fruit Cocktail plant grow and bloom!! Love your videos Stephanie!! 💗
Jami picked you some beautiful plants. Thank you for sharing the story of the Peggy Martin Roses 🌹. I watched Jami's video of her picking out the perfect plants for you. I am excited to see them blossom. Happy planting 🥰 ! 💗

And she is a friend not just family.❤Would love to geta start of theTombstone rose loved seeing it when we where I Tombstone it was huge an planted by a woman in the 1800. The peacockis strutting his stuff.
I think Tina just talked about this rose. Gigi had wanted some. Her mother gave her $15 to go buy 2. She did and Pawpaws goat ate them. Her Momma gave her anotjer $15 for 2 more. Again the goats ate them. With mothers day coming maybe that would be a great gift for Gigi. Planted by Hedis memorial might be a safe goat fre spot. You have such a green thumb Steph it should grow beautifully. Jami is such a special gal. Enjoy!
Hi Steve, enjoyed your birthday timeout Tuesday party. I love Jami and her sense of humor which I now see all you ladies have. Wish I lived closer would love to hang out with you guys, but😮 I'm on Arlington. TX. I wanted to tell you I watched your video on the dog vacuum on Luna. I have a great Pyrnesse, 103 pounds of lovely white hair fills my house each week. I bought that machine. It willntake a few times to get her fir under control. BUT it works Thank you so much, and so does Mia.

Sorely miss them all as went to be with the lord slowly decreasing hauman warmth be able touch dirt helping the garden 🪴. Was blessing. Everything in its season ❤❤❤❤ enjoy what you do !
Great video Stephanie! Those roses are beautiful. I wondered whether the chickens would munch on the roses. Peacocks are beautiful! Your garden is looking awesome. The chicks are so cute. Thank you for sharing! 😀💞
I love this video. The coop is going to be so pretty and old-fashioned looking with the roses growing on it. My sister Melissa is a master gardener. I’m going to show her this video of the Peggy Martin roses. And the finish was great too. It’s always so calming watching a good soaking rain coming down on the garden.
The roses are beautiful Stephanie. In the extreme heat of the summer, water them a little more often because it’s possible that the sun will heat up the metal on the siding and radiate to the plant if they are close to the siding. They sure are gorgeous! ❤
Hi Stephanie A pair of Peggy martins are beautiful. You need to visit where she got them. Looking forward to watch them grow. Have a lovely weekend take care God bless 🙏💕🧑🌾
Such a well organized (and well documented), garden! The rain should quench the thirst of your newest plants. So many nutritious meals will be enjoyed from your hard work.
You might have to put a clear barrier between the inside fence and chickens till the rose bushes get established or you'll have a naked rose bushes , those are so beautiful perfect spot for them, nice what a good friend you have she has very good taste ❤
Stepanie, thank you for videoing the peacocks in full display, so pretty. I was trying to see the peacocks in Kim's video the other morning, could just see a small glimpse in the background while she was talking, she was seriously focused on the mess the goats made in her yard and I don't think she noticed the peacocks showing off right behind her, lol. Your roses will look beautiful, and you picked a great location to display them.
I love the friendship you and Jami have, you 2 definitely are compatible. Happy Birthday, hope you had a good day. I lost my son, but his 44th birthday would have been on the 15th. Hope you have many more birthdays ahead of you. 🛍️🎈🎉
Hi Steph=Steve, Thank you for the story about the Peggy Martin Rose I think you planted them in a good spot I have a neighbor that has a climbing rose its a dark pink and you can smell it from far away, we call it the Mother rose because the neighbor got it from his mother's house years ago its a very old rose as he's an older gentleman who brought it here from his childhood home, he does nothing to it as far as the winter months it comes back stronger and better each year covered with tons of flowers, I met him because one day I "Stopped to smell the roses" and I learned the story of the Mother Rose, plants bring people together
I love shrimp cocktail, plants, in California they get really big! So give it a lot of room and they’re really pretty when they bloom all over the whole plant. That Rose is gorgeous !
Steph the pretty peacocks are the male. Like most birds the male is always the fancy one. Glad you have rain. We have had the wettest winter in a 100years . I’m sending it to you from the UK
The shrimp plant is most likely tropical/ not cold Hardy. The height of the rose may be what helped it survive. It was most likely partially above water. It was able to breath and get direct light. I plant my lettuce in January, thinking about starting them in Dec. The seedlings survived the ice storms. My Cilantro survives snow and ice as well.
I had one of those shrimp plants, but I live in Ohio, so I had to bring it in during winter. I had it a few years before it died on me. Its beautiful though when fully bloomed.
Oh Stephanie Aka Steve I Can't Wait Until You And Jamie Goes To The Plant Store That She Went A Few Days Ago I Know That Will Be A Great Video Of You Two Girls,,, Yeah So Excited to Hear
Beautiful rose’s❣️ You could wrap some tule fabric on the back of the roses to protect from the chickens. One of the male peacocks is the son of Scott Peacock from Cog Hill 🦚
Love your roses. I just planted 12 shrub roses last year (zone 4B) and they took off! I hope they survived this winter, I see some green on them under my rose cones. I got several buckets of chicken manure from my egg lady which I put around all my roses and in my vegetable garden beds last fall.
Stephanie, what a beautiful plant. My favorite plant/flower of all time is ANY rose. These rose bushes look absolutely gorgeous! Will the rose bushes hurt the chickens if they peck at them and try to eat the leaves? Just wondering. Your peacock looks beautiful. You and the ladies on the hill are so much fun to watch when you are together. I laugh til I cry and either cough, hiccup and/or pee my pants. You are all hilarious. Love you all and your channels. I don’t always comment on them, because of all the PPats and negative comments from some people who make it bad for the rest of us. God richly bless you! Hugs!🥰🙏🏻
Your garden is absolutely beautiful that was such a great story about your pink roses . I to have them come up every year red ones . I luv the story of the rose very special. You are such a great Gardner . I watch you last year with planting giveing away in your garden boxes outside your fence . Wow TX can plant allready that's crazy. Not where I live to late may or June.
I love my shrimp plant. I haven’t had success with them coming back the year after. I would put the shrimp plant in a pot so you can take it in when it’s cold. It’s a tropical plant.
Steph, I think I would string the beautiful rose bush vining up higher to start, those chickens will truly anialate it fast 😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤ keep an eye on it, you don’t want to loose it, ⭐️ 🌹it’s 🌟special ✨🌈🌷
Thanks for sharing. I love the Peggy Martin rose ,I think there is one in my neighborhood ,not taken care of and its huge hedge. Seems to bloom alot same pink roses.I intend to get one for my yard .

Hello Stephanie. Regarding the Peacocks.. the male with the tattered tale is the ISS Peacock, Jack. His mate, Diane, was mistakenly killed. The other male Peacock just showed up a week or two back at ISS. The two females were bought by Megan and LE for Jack because they could tell he was grieving because of his mate being gone. LOL.. they set the females loss as soon as they arrived home with them and they’ve been at Kim’s since.
The roses are beautiful. Megan said the big peacock just showed up one day. They don’t know where he came from. He sure is pretty

I hope your roses grow beautifully. It was nice of Jami to get them for you. She is so kind.
You might want to add some bracing to your chicken run to make the frame stronger. That rose bush will add a lot of weight to the frame. It will give the plant more places to grab onto .
