  • In this video I cover how to prevent two common mistakes when shooting archery in the wind that many people make. Sometimes shooting in the wind can be frustrating, but with the correct mindset and these simple techniques you'll find that shooting archery in the wind is not as hard as many make it out to be.

    Great video as always!!
Watched it instead of going to sleep :)
I have a question, it would be awesome if you could answer it:
When you get to your setup position, do you relax your bow arm so you feel as the bow is floating by the tension of the string and the balance of the stabilizers?
From my understanding, the bow should float. If so, how come the arm should remain in the same position after the shot breaks? If it stays at the same place, it means I have to use the shoulder muscles to keep it there. Am I right?
Would really love to hear your take about stabilizer balance more in detail. How the bow arm should feel etc. (I watched all your great videos, including the ones about stabilizers)
    Thanks again!

You may have already talked about this and I just haven't found the video, but what color fiber optics did you use for what weather conditions?
