Hi Carla. I have a tip: broken up tofu in a good tomato sauce takes in the taste of the sauce. If you allow yourself to eat a little pasta for lunch it will fill you up and provide you with protein. It can hold you until your next meal.

Thank you Melissa, I use the brand hermasitas, they're my favourite. They're not natural and full of chemicals, but alas, I love it 😂 and it's not sugar! I find cashew milk and oat milk make coffee super creamy. I'm currently drinking the Minor Figures Barista Oat Milk (Light) and it's super creamy for 37 cals per 100ml!

Same, I'm confused, I think she was fasting for most of this and it was just coffee. Then a tofu salad for lunch (looked like maybe 300 calories?) Then coffee Then a packaged red thing (not sure what that was maybe a protein bar?) Then a little bit of stir fry (not sure what kind).... Honestly I feel really confused... I would pass out with this little of food during one day. I wish I could eat this little of food. I'd lose a lot of weight. But I have hypoglycemia and can't go without food for that many hours on that low of calories 😢
@@mollycaitlinh2195 yeah, we need more nutrition and nutrients than that. Veggies and things like berries can be unlimited honestly. Usually we just need more of the nutrient-dense foods and not less food period. Restriction usually leads to deprivation then binging if not looking at food in a balanced healthy way.

U probably got it now since this was a yr ago - maybe itll help someone else. What i do when i drink anything thats not water- still have my 64oz jug at my side-sip coffee/mtn dew, GUZZLE water! Like “chug chug chug” style. Bits also what helped me initially stop drinking soda. (I still drink it just not all day long non stop) i can stretch a bottle -16-20 oz. I dont really prefer it tho. My fave / my back bender is baja blast from taco bell.
When UA-cam recommended me your channel I thought it was about health with all these talks about mind and freedom from food binge, but now I'm completely sure it's another ED content. A person on a very strict diet of only plants, with hardly 1k calories per day in 8h eating window, consuming not enough protein, fats etc. demonising sugar, stuffing yourself with water not thinking about kidneys 🙈 Of course you've lost so much weight so fast, everyone with a strong will would 🤷🏻♀️ I'll return to dietitian's channels and hopefully forget about this harmful experience for good.
I was really excited about finding her channel but now I'm like... Woah... That's literally less calories than they gave to the victims in concentration camps. It's disturbing. I don't know I couldn't do it. I also am disturbed that this video made me wish I could starve myself like this. That's not a good sign for me being that I'm recovered/ish ED ... I'll have to leave this channel now. This was really worrisome.
Lets be honest, you need more protein and more fats (even if you are vegan). Where are nuts, olive oil, avocado, seeds like chia, flax, hemphearts. Oatmeal with berries and plant based milk. Tofu, ok, tofu will give you protein but that is not enough. Even plant based yogurts won´t give much protein. You have to add protein powder to your yogurt then. Fats and protein are the ones to keep you full and keep the cravings away.
6 liters isn't too bad, especially if you're active. It helps with weight loss, because sometimes you'll get hungry if you're dehydrated, and if you're properly hydrated, your body won't send out hunger signals becase it needs more water. It also helps flush the body as well. This will also help you stay pretty lean as well as you can imagine, helping you not over eat (aside from the amount of space it will take up in your stomach.) There is indeed a point to where too much is too much, but she's relatively safe imo.
