- Police say a man who committed a deadly carjacking and a string of crimes in D.C. and Prince George’s County over about 12 hours is the same man involved in a deadly police shooting in New Carrollton. News4’s Joseph Olmo reports.

The biggest problem here is the Democrat Party. The refusal of Democrat District Attorneys and judges to aggressively prosecute and punish criminals. That's not mental illness either. Again, this is always the DA and Judges fault for letting a dangerous guy like Artell getting away with chance after chance, just for him to commit these disgusting murder crimes for the sake of it. He already had a lengthy criminal history that dates all the way back to 2021. According to arrest records, Cunningham had a previous arrest on April 8, 2021, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstructing officers, and failing to obey police instructions. Additionally, on September 24, 2022, he was arrested for driving an uninsured vehicle and fleeing the scene of a car accident he was involved in. There was clearly a pattern with his bad behavior and the justice system completely failed these innocent people and their innocent families who are now having to grieve their loses and the Judge's and DA's also failed them and us. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE SOFT ON CRIME AND VOTE FOR THESE SHITTY DA"S. And these are the consequences for it because now there's 2 people dead and other people who are alive fighting for their life at the hospital right now.
