    On the digestion note - the Labrada Hydro is about the only protein powder my lactose intolerant stomach can digest. I was delighted first time I tried it.
    Also, enjoyed seeing you in Detroit.

    Great video bro,when u get a chance please let me know ,,for example,, that split u were talking about in this video,, if for whatever reason u missed like let say legs on Friday ,, then what you do ,, do it on Saturday which is off day like Sunday? Or just live it like that till next Friday ? The same with pull push on Monday and Tuesday and Arms on Thursday,, what would you do if u missed one of those training days,, Thank you brother for everything,, can’t believe how big and mature you are now,, I’ve been watching you since u started.💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    Bro, been waiting for this. I know you tend to use an A/B so curious how you’re setting that up and do you typically change one you get into prep. Just switched from PPL to a 4 day, CB, arms, delta and legs and use some A/B iterations within meaning when I do delts I will do some blood pushing pec movement like a dip or even pec dec.

      So basically an Arnold split but reduced frequency. I tried Upper Lower but even when doing 2 sets per muscle (3 uppers) it’s too damn frequent and too much if feels like. I want to switch to a 4 day routine but also want to hit everything twice a week. Torso/limbs is an option but the overuse stuff worries me (pressing/pulling on consecutive days)
