I just did this for the first time. My upper abdominal pain was at least at level 7, and only minutes after releasing the stuck emotion, the pain went down to level 3. Unbelievable! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
I’m not easily impressed these days and had to suspend my belief this seems too simple, but my experience and first results were remarkable! It still feels like it’s almost too good to be true 😅 It significantly eased my fatigue, depression and chest heaviness with the first emotion released, my body responding so clearly is a revelation! My only problem was choosing just one emotion because so MANY apply but I was patient and settled on betrayal because that elicited the strongest initial reaction in feeling a deep seated realization that I betrayed myself when my mind wanted to blame the other first. They DID betray me but I also betrayed myself for allowing it to continue for so long. Interesting and exciting, definitely going to continue working with this.
I found 4 emotions on the chart but am probably up to 20 just for the pain in my back directly opposite my heart. I take it that the pain in my heart goes all the way through my back. I am getting some relief from tension in my forehead, neck, back, all the way down through the end of my spine and left leg. My spine is at an angle so hopefully clearning out emotions on my left side will help that condition as well.

After releasing the anger fluid began to drain from my ears. I was able to turn the volume down to the lowest setting and hear you clearly. I am astounded.

I do the emotional code daily in the moment, and always had A1 first ....I found out with deeper asking, that one time it was trapped when I was 6, 7, between 20 and 30, later 40 to 50, and as well found out since 33 generations inherited emotion. Very interesting. ..

I hàvnt had pain in my hips ever but I been through trauma Wich is stored in the hips and that is what I released. Amazing! I have a practice (yes/no inquiries) I regularly do with a pendulum (technically called “dousing”) and just tried the testing with this tool. It was very very responsive and clear. Can the method legitimately be done this way? I found the emotion, cleared it with a magnet, and honestly, felt a little bit sick to my stomach. (This is a BIG block for me I asked about…) Would love to know if my pendulum is a legit tool. I am very familiar with it and would like to use it for clearing emotions. Thank you for your work!!
Yes I get better results with my pendulm than the muscle testing. The sway method works for me but I just prefer my pendulm because I have a lot of practice with it. He does say somewhere in one of the books you can use a pendulm or dowsing rod. I just can't remember which book as I read them both.
I felt sick to my stomach too and didnt seem to get a sway answer to the 'did I release this trapped emotion' question. The pedulum said no. Funny the body part is stomach and the emotion is low self esteem. Maybe I don't have the confidence to believe I can release it. I will practice more.😊
really interesting that the answer I got for my neck pain was abandonment from past friends. But when I ask can I release it? I get a no. So I ask do I need to know anything else? yes. But then I sometimes get stuck what else to ask now? but really interesting thank you
Another channel has this very same video. Here is my comment: I greatly appreciate what Dr. Nelson is doing. What follows is more of a request/suggestion than criticism, based solely on my experience. Perhaps you could give an actual pause in the instructions, as it would only take a few seconds, equivalent to the amount of time that was spent repeating the instructions and telling us to pause the video. It was difficult to follow along. Standing up, having to break the rhythm to walk back to the computer to pause... Or speaking over the instructions being repeated, which again created a conflict in the process. The world wide attention this gets is astounding, but knowing that there are those who may be conflicted with ptsd, aspergers, other emotional circumstances and the like. For me it was frustrating because of the examples I gave, it made me more inclined to walk away from the video. Thankfully I am stubborn. But what I did discover is that my body/subconscious refused to answer. I didn't sway, just wobbled slightly. I know being dehydrated could be a contributing factor, or the sensory overload of 'two voices'. We are indeed marvels of creation. I know this is over 4 yrs old, hopefully Dr. Nelson will catch wind of this. Thank you for this gift. I will try to proceed in stillness. Be blessed.
Hi, I had very similar issues. I came up with a plan that helps me focus, hoping it might work better for you too. 1. Make a voice recording of just the instructions with short pauses. 2. Print out a copy of the chart big enough to read without having to move out of position. It could be stuck to the wall in front of you, on the fridge, or on a cabinet door. 3. Get ready, making sure to deal with any distractions for example by closing the drapes, shutting the door, turning radio or TV off or putting your phone into airplane mode. 4. Relax and complete your practice. Good luck! ❤️

I have a question about the Governing Meridian and the direction in which we swipe: When doing the Microcosmic Orbit breath with visualization, we visualize the energy running from our perineum, up our spine, over the head, and to the upper lip. This then continues to our tongue that is pressed to the roof of our mouth, and then to the lower lip and down the front of the body to the perineum. However, you swipe in the opposite direction of the energy flow. I watched you clear a heart wall on someone and swiped down his back. Is this because that’s the “removal” direction? From an energetic perspective, what is the reason behind swiping in this direction? Thanks!!
I wonder what I might be doing wrong. I went through all the steps but at The end when I asked if I had successfully released the emotion this way test said no. My arm feels better I just don't know why the sway test would say no. Is there another way to get the yes? And no answers, not doing the sway test? Maybe my balance was off. When I closed my eyes at the end, I don't know. I really do believe in what he is saying. It just feels right and makes sense. I will keep trying
similar experience mate, have you made any headway? I get confusing or nonsense answers sometimes, such as clear yes the TE is in a given cell, then clear no when i go through each of the five emotions in that cell.. but almost always a clear -no you have not released this trapped emotion!!
I understand the body can respond to the “is there an emotion to be released today” part but I don’t understand how it can respond and know what row or column the emotion is in Because that chart is a man made chart and how can the subconscious know and associate itself with that chart until you’ve studied it for thousands and Hours and drilled it into your head?
Your subconscious knows what you are looking at and asking about. You’re just asking a yes or no question about each emotion in the box your focused on. It’s not the chart - it’s your attention to the chart your subconscious is responding to.

There are way too many synonymous emotion terms that are in completely different areas of the chart. Sadness, grief, despair, heart-ache, for example, are located in different cells. It would make a lot more sense to group these loosely synonymous terms, and then one could refine the choice further once the primary group is chosen. The part of the body the emotion is supposedly associated with is irrelevant at this point and just creates confusion. That is my experience at least.
I had the same feeling at first, just reading both columns, before asking the first question. Then, I just relaxed and trusted my unconsciousness. No thinking about any listed feeling. And it really worked! 🙏 All the best 💖

If you ask someone to put a number from one to ten of how much pain/problems they have and then show then a list of pains/problems that a lot of people have, some of which are worse than the one you have and then ask them again to rate their pain/problem most people will then thing that their problem is not as bad as the problems of other people and then rate it lower, this has of course nothing to do with asking yourself questions why swaying back and forth and I think this man knows that.

It can take multiple sessions to release trapped emotions. The Emotion Code is a safe and easy process you can do regularly to remove that emotional baggage. It takes time, but you'll notice a difference as you continue to release.
Is it possible to not sway one way or the other? I found myself in several situations where I wasn't going either way. I watched these videos last night or at least the first and second one and I did sway one way or the other so I do believe I'm able to do it but is it possible that asking myself these questions today on episode 4, that you don't get an answer? Also, can there be multiple things and how do you know if there are multiple things? Is it that your body would sway forward for several of them and you just pick the one that you swayed forward the most? I can't imagine that there would only be one emotion out of all of these that would be causing all of the pain, so can there be many causing the same kind of pain?

Well, a person can be muscle tested on their own muscles, whether sitting or standing. But in addition, one person can test another person, whatever position they may be in, and whether they are present or at a distance. It all works!
When I try to work on myself or others and this happens, I always check for entities. They do not want us to work on ourselves or others and bring healing and light into the world. As soon as I release them, everything seems to work.

I wonder: does one need to read the colum list first very well, otherways no part of the brain will have a clue i imagine? In you film it seems like the client has no idea of that list: you just name” colum 2, 1…and than there is annoutcome in testing the unconsciousness… but that is not possible like that?…. Pleas tell me

Yes, this technique is remarkably simple and, as you said, has astonishing results. Reading the book is not enough; you have to follow it.

I work will my pendulum as well....Yes it's just the same as the muscle testing.. And will be accurate as well.

I can't imagine that there would only be one emotion out of all of these that would be causing all of the pain, so can there be many causing the same kind of pain?

How can you do this with people in wheelchairs?
Well, a person can be muscle tested on their own muscles, whether sitting or standing. But in addition, one person can test another person, whatever position they may be in, and whether they are present or at a distance. It all works!
not gonna lie I was trying to do this and it wasn't working correctly so I got really upset and started crying. might have a heart wall.
When I try to work on myself or others and this happens, I always check for entities. They do not want us to work on ourselves or others and bring healing and light into the world. As soon as I release them, everything seems to work.

I wonder: does one need to read the colum list first very well, otherways no part of the brain will have a clue i imagine? In you film it seems like the client has no idea of that list: you just name” colum 2, 1…and than there is annoutcome in testing the unconsciousness… but that is not possible like that?…. Pleas tell me
