I too was a victim of my own memory. Within seconds I was able to liberate my self from the emotion. I was "grieving" the loss of a love one for almost a year. I opened my heart and dropped the emotion and a flood of peace surged within, I was finally free
Thank you Joe, thank you so much for the works you do!

This is exactly what took me out of my grief after losing my husband in 2013. Thank God for all of these life teachers and many of them are authors with Hayhouse Publications. All of these great life teachers, the late great Dr. Wayne Dyer and the late great Louise Hay, along with Ekhart Tolle and of course Dr. Joe Dipenza. Save yourself the insurance claim LOL and just listen to these people over and over and over. They will lift you up ....pull you out .....and get you on the right path. I was wobbling on a very rough path of grief and loss and these people have given me a new lease on life. Throw a little Abraham and Hicks into the mix and I guarantee you will be awakened!

My ex and I loved each other for years before we actually started dating and when we did, it didn't work out. After, we used to talk on the phone for hours and was patient enough to listen to me crying over him and telling him how much I miss him. He would always say I should move on because he wants me to be happy and I never understood this because to me it felt like he was just pushing me away. When Dr Joe Dispenza said a person who really loves you would want you to move on and be happy it really clicked- he did want me to move on because it would free both myself and him. I realize it too because when we speak now once in a while he sounds really happy when I am happy and telling him about my new life. Crying tears of joy. Thank you so much!

    • @DRORRADA
      @DRORRADA 4 роки тому +1

@@tammyrichards9901 There are few techniques to get back to the present moment. JD talks about noticing and feeling the body sensations such as body heat, stomach ache, etc. You can also use your breathing to get back to the present moment or stop to look around you, the surrounding, the room, the space.

If you have trauma you process it and get over it like a child who falls over cries gets up and plays again. ❤️

    • @Opxbest
      @Opxbest Рік тому +5

Kids instinctively know how to process emotions. Adults as they age, lose they ability for whatever reason.. they become stuck. It’s as simple as energy stuck inside your body in the form of energy. Energy needs to move, or it becomes matter. Think of a person who has low stagnant energy and observe how they walk.. almost lifeless. Compare it with a child, running and laughing and living in the moment. We need to become child like. Meditation and moving and processing energy / emotion is what will set us back to source. And source is the Devine intelligence that heals diseases, wounds, anxiety, depression, and gets us back into creation. To understand this, is when the healing is possible and when it starts.

"Wanting to be wealthy is not about the money, it is about proofing to yourself that you can get there". Thanks!

    Some takeaways:-
Be Aware of the (bottled up)emotions
(Treat your body like an animal-- To sit and allow the emotion to pass)
Allow your body to FEEL that emotion into the present moment.
Then your body will start feeling relaxed , comfortable and SAFE in the present moment.
Then our body starts anticipate about the future .Again allow your body to sit and pass that emotion into the present moment.
Slowly and gradually it starts to Re-Program again. Then You become the mind .
Remember:- Your WILL is greater than your emotion.🤗😇

Intelligent question and brilliant answer. Our eyes are not located at the back of our heads. The way we walk, the positions of our feet are all pointing us to go forward. We walk with those feet but not backward. We walk forward. When using a flashlight at night, we do not walk pointing the light to the places we walked, we use it to see where we are and help to see ahead. How about our ears, located at both sides and in the middle covering the past, moment, and future. To me, it tells me to learn, experience from the past, stay in the MOMENT and create. a feature I want. If we observe the systems of the universe, there is no do-over. Massive thanks to both Dr. Joe Dispenza and His lovely audience seeking answers.

  • @lisabecklove

Being in the emotion is being in the chemical residue of the past.
When you begin to break the addiction to that emotion, the side effect is called JOY.
Move through the stages of emotions... but know that there is a radiance that takes place when we have done the work to overcome ourselves.
Feel the feelings completely. Let it all out. Then get over it.
True forgiveness is when you take your attention off of somebody because you've overcome the emotion, and that gives them permission to show up differently in your life... because you've freed yourself and you've freed them... and all of a sudden, reality begins to unfold in mysterious ways. That person shows up and says "forgive me, I was so wrong" and you're over it already. You say "I'm in a new life. I wouldn't be in this new life if you wouldn't have betrayed me. Thank you."
Thank YOU Joe Dispenza. I needed this today.

My father died of a broken heart when my mom passed. It took 14 years and lots of a few things: a lack of self-love, endless vodka and cigarettes and isolation and untreated anger. Old school combat Vietnam vet... he had much to overcome, and living like that eventually got him. Unfortunately he was a product and victim of a different time and circumstance. I know mom wouldn’t have wanted that! I choose to celebrate both of them, honoring their best qualities (mostly loving kindness!) and leaving behind the rest that serves no one, ending the cycles and creating new sustainable thriving ones. Future-Present ATW 🙌🏼😽

ohhh my myyy....how I adore synchronicity! How I adore this man's wisdom! How I adore his generosity in sharing that wisdom!! Was grappling with the surfacing of an aspect of great trauma that occurred during the 70's...sat down for a cappuccino break, and here he came up on the screen...specific beyond words in addressing this sudden emotional surge. Yes, allow yourself to react to this sudden surge, but then quickly come into the present, something I've been doing with this specific emotional memory. His description of the bio-physics of this process is priceless...and liberating beyond words! Yes. We CAN be free! and out of that freedom...bring to our lives and the lives of others more beauty beyond our wildest imaginings!

mona shabana All I did everyday non stop was watch how the power of the brain can heal everything. I committed to watching everything from manifesting, spiritually healing, mind power, and heal. Watch Dr. Joe, Dr. Bruce Lipton, look up Hertz/sound music that heal, and avoid all other media. Do this for 3 weeks, and you will change, I promise! And continue doing this after you see changes in the 3weeks. It's true, I swear by the fact that if you eliminate all toxic elements that are destructive to ourselves, and start do everything that IS beneficial to our health, mind body and soul, you will start living in power and start to see others, those who are living in ego and pride, hate and resentment and so forth, on a whole different level. Good luck.

@@unkwonplayer2552 search UA-cam & listen to Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Marisa Peer, Dr Gabor Mate, Dr Bessel van der Kolk to learn more. Intend to find answers that will enlighten your thinking, help you transform & release past experiences that limited your growth & joy. When you sleep listen to Hertz vibrational frequencies. You'll find many on UA-cam under sleep music. Find what supports you, love yourself & commit to practice daily. I find eating unprocessed food, drinking sping water, outdoor activities, meditation, prayer & company of my loving pets to be comforting. Wishing you abundant blessings!

I love how he made the connection that forgiveness is letting go and seeing that person in a mew way after they let go of the emption and this gives that person another chance to be seen by you in a whole mew way. 💓🙏🏽 wow- double score- you let go of the emotion and they get another opportunity.

    Dear Joe.
One day I hope to meet you. I have sent this video out more than 500 times probably tipping the scales at thousands.
There are many people out there that inevitably go through the emotional trauma of loss of a loved one or separation of someone they love. Even the loss of a pet. They all count. They all have meaning.
Your words speak of good wisdom. Which comes from good observation.
People need to keep an open mind.
People need to understand that to do research in their efforts to mitigate pain from a spiritual loss can come if you put stubbornness aside, recognize that it closes the mind and does not allow newly acquired information to come in.
Openness can alleviate such pain. This can be the game changer the difference Maker the wisdom to know the difference comes from an accumulation of knowledge that you must seek. Or you will be stagnant and be locked in your past by ritual.
It is true that you can use a loss to propel you forward. It is true that if a spirit is so strong of goodness it can fuel you to move forward with freedom and positivity. To be free.

Emotions and feelings are two different things. Emotions are body based. Feelings are our beliefs. It's mental. It's vital to catch the difference.

I definitely think when we complain a lot or are anxious, the core feeling underneath is sadness…once we accept our sadness and give ourselves permission to grieve for what we don’t have, we then have the space in our hearts for the joy that comes in doing Dr Joe’s meditations. Grieving is healing ❤️‍🩹

When we understand the truth of statement, “I’m over it already and I would have never been in this new life. Thank you!” it’s that you understand and are grateful to your Source for intervening and pruning out the darkness, on your behalf.
When we can reside in this mindful conscious space, you innately respond to the betrayer and in your daily life interactions with a spirit of joy, inner peace, calmness, kindness and gratitude that cannot be contained; it’s a subconscious wall that an earthly mindset cannot understand or fathom.
Ironically, when you live in that conscious state, your natural bend is both compassion and appreciation, and a healthy forgiveness for the betrayer; you understand their soul is bleeding and reacting to an inner wound. It also demonstrates you didn’t gift 🎁 the betrayer with your inner source of power!💥
