We went through a similar experience, I was in the row above the Karen and her husband. The Karen complaints to her husband. The "Ken" turned and starts to threaten me. I grab his shirt and gently push him back far enough for his arms to start flapping. I say "Are you ok? Or should I just let go? Maybe an apology?"
One "I'm sorry" and things return to normal.😊

So during a messy divorce trial he breaks into her house and destroys a bunch of her property and she has no proof it was him that did it, but who else would it be, so she had no recourse and yet he presented a list of imaginary items with absolutely no proof except his word that these items are his or in fact that they even exist, (because they don’t,) and she has to pay him $2,000 or go to jail?! How does that work?!

First story its not any Walmart's employees job to tow a car. Even if it was they would be at the mercy of what ever tow company they call and when they get there so it wouldn't be immediate..
Second story as long as things are working and not being annoying you don't notice or care about the people keep things running smoothly in the background. Its only when things go wrong and aren't resolved quickly we notice those teams. Be it IT, or dish washer at the restaurant
