I recorded this video before the New Balance Fuel Cell Supercomp Trainer 2 released, so I am working on a review of those and then will compare to Invincible Run etc later on also, so check back, lots of great releases!
Review Kayano 30. Its not a usual flat feet rigid shoe and comes with 40mm stack. Some UA-cam reviewers are saying its even softer on foot than Nimbus 25
I have the same size as you but the only way for me to get those is to order them. Could you please measure width of the widest part of each shoe? In all of my shoes the comfort level really depends on how wide they are. If you could tell me width in inches/cm of these shoes in 9,5 us size I would be really glad.
Cant wait for the review. I’m honestly very curious as to what improvement NB made to the SC trainer. I have the v1 and love them soooo much. I wear them all the time for jogging and they’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I love the chunky looks too. It feels weird driving a car with them though. I cant say I love the looks of the v2 though.
IMO the nimbus 25 are the best shoes ive ever worn. I just used them in NY for 8 days. Every day ive walked AT LEAST 15 miles and my feet were in a pristine condition by the end of each day.
@@jm0402the nimbus 25 are amazing for recovery runs but shine just as much for walking. They are perfect and much better walking shoe than the invincible 3
I own all three, and my ranking is: 1. Gel Nimbus 25 2. Invincible 3 3. More v4 I’ve demoed and purchased a lot of performance running shoes, and the nimbus 25 is by far the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn.
@@ryancrawford8042 totally agreed. i saw alot of reviews and comments saying NB 1080 or the moreV4 is very soft and squishy, but when I actually put it on I couldn't feel the "wow its super soft" kind of thing. It was just MEHH at best. Im looking for a REAL soft touch when you slide your feet inside the shoe. thinking of getting Invincible 3 next. but watching this made me think maybe i should get nimbus 25. thoughts?
@@kaungkhantzaw8826 I don't think it is even comfortable. I don't understand the shoe at all honestly. The nimbus is great. The fuel cell sc trainer is tio once it breaks in, I just think the nimbus is better for casual wear. It doesn't have the sink in feel of the invincible, but the cushioning is there and you have better ground feel imo.
I bought a pair of Gel Nimbus 25 for a trip to Seoul because I knew I'd be walking a tonne. No regrets whatsoever. They're the plushest/most cushiony shoes I've ever owned (and I've owned a lot.)
I own all 3 and the nimbus is by far my favorite. I got the same issue with the tag annoying me. The only other thing is that it’s a little warm. I’d really like to see them make it more breathable on the 26. The v4 isn’t supportive enough in the heel that sometimes I lose balance if my foot lands too far back on the heel. No tongue gusset and collar padding isn’t great. Then the invisible v3 doesn’t have a gusseted tongue as well and the heel padding is not good at all. My heel slips out even when I tie it down. Really loved the v1 and v2, I was excited for the v3 but it really let me down with the upper but under foot still feels good.
@@danieltay1052 I have wide foot, the 1080 v12 was wider and the upper softer than the More v4...if you don´t have wide foot you should try it...when you try it, try both 1080 and More v4
Yeah the tag on my right shoe of my nimbus cuts into top of my foot. The plastic that is part of the finger hook that goes into tongue comes out other end of tongue and cuts my foot
As almost every comment here, Nimbus 25 is the most comfortable shoe of all three. I posted a comment with imgur pictures which got moderated and deleted here. Those pictures were showing how high the insoles of the Invincibles are. The Invincibles almost are unstable and stiffer in the forefoot compared to the Nimbus 25. I don't want to sound like I'm advertising Asics, but if you're undecided between the Nimbus 25 and another shoe, buy both of them and wear and switch each them for at least 30 minutes successively and you'll notice why so many here vote up for the Nimbus 25.
I'm back to say that my nimbus 25 I bought in June 1 2023 for $170.20 (with tax) got both tractions completely gone. I'm 5'11", 180 lb and I've been running/walking in these shoes 5 days out of 7 in average 8 miles per day on roads only. I didn't even know that both tractions were completely smoothed out until I slipped and fell from on a couple of grass on the road(yeah I know that's embarrassing). I never experienced any shoe with the traction completely gone in mere 3 months especially at this price, it's disappointing. I'll probably buy another pair in the future for casual wear but only on sale! ASICS, please put a better traction on your shoes!!
I own the nimbus 25 and from the first step in I was blown away. I've never owned anything other than Nike so I was skeptical. But wow the asics is just perfect. So I decided to order the invincible 3 to compare them and I returned them that same day. Overall feel of the invincibility seemed clunky and lower quality
I really appreciate this video bro. It’s 2024 and I am beyond done with those other channels that solely try to bring hype-beast types of shoes on their channels. There is nothing wrong with showcasing that kind of thing, but they usually just jump on the next “new Jordan 1 high” type of bandwagon and never talk about functionality, price point options and comfort. Thank you for being authentic and true to the culture and not just the hype.
Fuel cell is definitely my current favorite midsole. I’d like to see that rebel or even supercomp trainers vs the Novablasts or any comparable sneaker. Would also like to see that Nike motiva thrown in to some comparisons just for fun
I've tried all 3 and got the Nimbus 25 and the Fresh Foam x trail more v3. I got the trail version because I really loved the looks of the shoe over the regular more v4. I use them for casual daily walking and I think nimbus>fresh foam> invincible.
For those wondering how the sizing is, below is how mine was: Nimbus 25 wide (2E): 9 Nimbus 25 regular: 9.5 Trail more v3 regular: 9 Invincible run 3: 9.5 The knit and overall construction and comfort of nimbus 25 is just superb, so much better than anything currently on the market. I did get the more v3 too because I liked the looks out of it best out of all the options. Since I use it for daily and casually, I didn't mind the subpar breathability of the nimbus and new balance shoes. Invincible run 3 is the most expensive option and felt the least comfortable and had a "cheaply constructed" feel as well...
I bought a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 25 - after reading and watching a lot of positive reviews. Took them out for 12 kms today, and was totally disappointed. I'm 66, have been running for more than 45 years, and have owned dozens of running shoes in that time. It felt like I was running with bricks on my feet. My feeling is that these shoes are much better suited to walking than running!
Just copped the nimbus 25. I previously on the fence, but once I tried them on, I was sold! I've been in Hokas for a while, but the nimbus are legit. So damn comfortable!!
I use the Fresh Foam X Trail More V3 for daily walking purely because I love its looks the most. Very comfortable and responsive when walking but can get quite uncomfortable if standing still for a long time especially when on the train for my daily commute to work.
My wife was recently looking for new jogging shoes. I had her try Invincible Run 3, Gel-Nimbus 25, and New Balance Rebel V3. She went with the Rebel V3, which has also been my pick.
I now have all three and I really love the gel nimbus 25. I actually went to buy the new infinity run 4 with the new reactx foam and I was super disappointed the fore foot had little to no padding under the front of the foot and under toes super uncomfortable to me. With that said I seen they had the gel nimbus 25 in stock at my local Dicks Sporting goods store also so I tried it on and wow! it was way more comfortable than this new Nike reactx maybe not as comfortable as my Nike invincible run 3 but still It's really close! anyways I bought the gel Nimbus 25 and I have not taken them off from 2:45 pm when I bought them and still have them on writing to you all at 11:36 pm very, very comfortable I even go to say they may even be better than my Invincible run 3s but not as comfortable as my super comp trainer v1 that's my most favorite shoe hands down for comfort.
As for someone who loves walking and standing for hours, I like the Nimbus 25 way better than the Invincible 3's - build wise and comfy wise. The toe box on Invisible is so limiting. I feel like it's a kid's shoe and restricts me to walk. I tried NB's as well, but it wasn't as comfy as the Nimbus 25. But since I overpronate, I went with Kayano 30 and my life was waaaaay better than ever before. I also bough slides after a few days from Asics too.
I have tried all of these. Invincible 3s has more heel slip than I want, otherwise pretty comfy. The NB heel feels weird, like im sinking and no stability. The nimbus 25 is the best overall. No heel slip and the most comfortable out of the 3 hands down! I love wearing them to work.
Love your reviews. I am probably not your typical viewer as a runner who dabbles in the sneakerhead world, but am all in on my running shoes! I have the Nimbus and the Invincible and they are both great, but as a runner the Invincible has more energy return. I ran the Boston marathon in them and they definitely saved the legs some. Love the Nimbus for an easy, recovery run and walking.
The asics is really a great shoe. My one con is that my feet feels hot after wearing for awhile. The upper feels great but maybe could use more ventilation.
I love the Nike and they are true to size. Absolute perfect for me. Can i buy the nimbus 25 normal or shoukd i get the wide version ? The normal is 50€ cheaper
I have two of the three I absolutely love my Nike Invincible run 2s more than the 3s the 3s are cutting into my left ankle where the 2s have padding I actually love the padding on the 2s and don't know why they took it away! I also love the more v4s they are a bit bulky, but they make up for it in cushion!!
IMO the nimbus is the best overall. Great cushion, great upper, fairly priced compared to the others. The invincible 3s cushion is the best but the upper is rough and plastic-y
@@MartinTorres-vj8ig yea same, I even ordered different sizes and tried heel lock lacing but it jus wasn’t quite there. I rock 1080v12s and gel nimbus 25s now but 1 more option for the rotation.

I would rank them a little lower than these 3 in terms for soft squishy feel. But the main difference i felt was that the heel to toe drop feels crazy in them so it feels like there's not enough foam in the forefoot. It would be a good idea to try them out in the store first. The X_PLRBOOST is however a lot softer than the ultraboost light
Nike effed up not building on the previous invincible runs because those look very nice. The midsole on the new ones looks ugly imo. Asics did the absolute opposite, they stepped away from their confort zone and created a beautiful new nimbus while also improving on its overall comfort and performance.
I just got the Nimbus 25 on sale damn I've really been missing out they are so comfortable I could run twice as long and barely feel anything, doubt I'll ever go for a non max cushion running shoe again.
Thanks for the super informative video! Really curious to know how these three maxcush shoes compare to the new Brooks Glycerin Max that's getting a lot of hype atm, but I might have to get me a pair of Nimbus 25s to baby my feet now that my Invincible 2s are dunzo.
@@DV1979love the asics and nike. The asics feels like it has better build quality imo. The fresh foam shoes do nothing at all for me. I very much prefer the fuel cell sc trainer.

Wish adidas would come out with their version of supermax cushion. The PrimeX is supermax but has a CF plate/rod so it has it's own category. That Lightstrike Pro foam though…
I’ve only been able to find the NB More 4 in a size 16. They do look kind of clunky, but anything in that size does. I used be able to find ASICS but have had no luck so far finding the Nimbus 25 in that size (not wide). I’ve never seen a Nike running shoe over a size 15.
If you can find an ASICS store near where you live you can get 10% off your first order when you sign up to be an ASICS member and it’s free. I went one weekend where they had additional sale so I was able to get them for 130.
I have always wanted to love Nikes and adidas shoes but always found them so uncomfortable 😢 I specially love adidas designs, today I tried the ascics, three different models and OMG!! Didn’t even care about the models and just focused on price because all of them were the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever stepped in!
I've been looping in the sps nova last. It's an awesome shoe. May have to give that nimbus a try. Kayano ace waterproof is the golf shoe I'm looking into.
Hello, I can't understand your language Would you allow me to ask a question that I am reluctant to appoint one of them and I am walking daily with cardio exercises, so which is better please tell me
I need someone to review composite toe work sneakers/boots. Too much time wasted having to return them. A lot of this foam tech is hitting them as well. Reebok has foamy work boots that feel so plush. And bring out the NB supercomp v2 review 😅
Do you find the asics nimbus 25 is a little wide like the new balance I got the wide and I usually wear wide bit the seem like there is alot of room . Maybe its just me
I don’t own the More v4s but tried them and returned them (too much midsole maybe?). I really like the Nimbus 25s to a point, but I’ve noticed I do get some arch fatigue after wearing them “too much”. So I gotta go with the Invincible 3s, personally
I got NB More v3 and Rebel v3. I only tried more v4 once in a store but my more v3 with my heel striking technique feel more like a pair of bricks and my knees don't like them at all. I feel pain next couple of days after running 10 k. Whereas Rebel v3 are fantastic:lite, soft, cushioning and springy. If i didn't buy More v3 in an official store I would think they are fake shoes. All that huge amount of firm foam does not protect my legs. Zero protection. Just don't understand the hipe for that More v line.
I love the gel kayanos 30 which is the stability version of the nimbus so same setup. I have the more v3 and invincible 1s and i def like the asics shoes better for overall everyday comfort. Running i kinda prefer the More v3
the only on shoe worth bragging on is the new on cloudsurfer it is the bomb!! I have all these shoes but not the nimbus, my shoes consist of the Nike invincible run 2s and 3s new balance more v4s also the super comp trainer v1 and also the lace less 1080 v12 and a pair of the Nike wind flow and a pair of On cloudsurfer and if they could make a wide in the on cloudsurfer it would be the best shoe here its super lightweight and in my mind as comfortable if not more comfortable than any of these shoes but it absolutely destroys the on cloud monster! I ran 8 miles 3 days ago in the Invincible 3s, just bought a pair of Gel Nimbus 25s, can't wait for those
Would like to know whats the difference after all thankyou
I own the More v4 and the nimbus. I agree with the Nimbus has the best overall features. Fits the best out of the two for me.
I own them both too and love more v4 but nimbus better
Which is wider: More V4 or Nimbus 25?
@@ryanbentancor9988Which is wider: More V4 or Nimbus 25.
(I have Kayano 30 Size 13 Extra Wide. The midfoot is tight. The toebox is narrow.)
My work is for standing 9-10 hours continuously in a day plz suggest me which shoes is better for me
Brooks ghost or NB SC trainer imo
A comparison between the best sketchers comfort shoes would be great!
My mom is about 65 years old which shoe would be best for her?
Just ran in Nimbus 25...a great shoe!
Add X Plr boost with nimbus 25
Do you know what the difference is between the ASICS gel nimbus 25 and 26?
Nike effed up not building on the previous invincible runs because those look very nice. The midsole on the new ones looks ugly imo. Asics did the absolute opposite, they stepped away from their confort zone and created a beautiful new nimbus while also improving on its overall comfort and performance.
between my novablast 3 and my cumulus 25's I don't think i'm ever buying another make again
I just got the Nimbus 25 on sale damn I've really been missing out they are so comfortable I could run twice as long and barely feel anything, doubt I'll ever go for a non max cushion running shoe again.
biggest cons with invincible 3 is I only used it for 2 months for walking 10km a day and it started sole sep
same issue, sole sep is a serious problem to this shoes
Thanks for the super informative video! Really curious to know how these three maxcush shoes compare to the new Brooks Glycerin Max that's getting a lot of hype atm, but I might have to get me a pair of Nimbus 25s to baby my feet now that my Invincible 2s are dunzo.
Agree on More V4 but instead of Nike Invincible do think Saucony Triumph 20 are a closer competition.
If I’m standing all day which do you recommend?
This is super funny to me because i bought a pair of all 3 of these shoes because of your videos lol
What's your opinion of each?
@@DV1979love the asics and nike. The asics feels like it has better build quality imo. The fresh foam shoes do nothing at all for me. I very much prefer the fuel cell sc trainer.
Do the invincible 3s have the same durability issue were the midsole comes apart from the upper??
I tried the more v4 and gel nimbus 25. I didn't like the more v4 compared to the nimbus. The more v4 felt more unstable and narrow compared to nimbus
New Balance Fresh Foam X More has big issue which make foot heated. summer time no way! comfortable but breathable material
ASICS gel nimbus is the most comfy shoe I have ever work period.
I have ultraboost , Yeezy and lot of other pair. But ASICS is the best.
Adidas X_PLRBOOST... The ultimate comfort-quality shoe....💪💪💪
Awesome video. Thank you for this great comparison
Shame NewBalace screw up the V4 sizes is just disgusting how big is size 8/42 compared with v12 or Fuelcel comp.
Nice review as always 👍
What do ypu think about dh gate? Hoka bondi I on there look identical at $40. Horrible no go or ya worth trying it out. Annoying seeing those cuz I just want to get the best but at best price
Wish adidas would come out with their version of supermax cushion. The PrimeX is supermax but has a CF plate/rod so it has it's own category. That Lightstrike Pro foam though…
Agreed. I am not a hard-core runner but had to try them when they were 50% off. The energy return in that foam is crazy for sure
Great video I loved the break down
Man.. that grey color looks amazing. But sadly can't find it on amazon india
I’ve only been able to find the NB More 4 in a size 16. They do look kind of clunky, but anything in that size does. I used be able to find ASICS but have had no luck so far finding the Nimbus 25 in that size (not wide). I’ve never seen a Nike running shoe over a size 15.
I like the asics very simple and I think I’ll buy it if there is like an off white version of it or pure black
Gel Nimbus 25, No. 1 in the world, the Asics brand is international and excellent in everything. It is Japan, lovers.
The New Balance one squeaks like crazy if bottom of shoe is slightly wet and walking on smooth floor at work. Noisy AF
Does ASICS ever have good sales? Or do you have to wait for a new model to get a deep discount
Hi! if you compared the Asics Nimbus 25 and ON Cloudsurfer, which one's better overall?
Youre the Man very nice review!🎉
If i want shoe for daily running what u think Hoka mach 5 or invisible 3??
The fresh foam/more shoes do not feel squishy at all. Am I the only one?
Please which colour is the asics nimbus gel 25 in your review? Thanks
Nimbus 25 is the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn.
Hello, I can't understand your language
Would you allow me to ask a question that I am reluctant to appoint one of them and I am walking daily with cardio exercises, so which is better please tell me
ASICS was most comfy and cloud like for me.
Which do you recommend for ankles arthritis. I have the Noel’s invincible run 1 love them but want something a lil more plush and not as bouncy
I need someone to review composite toe work sneakers/boots. Too much time wasted having to return them. A lot of this foam tech is hitting them as well. Reebok has foamy work boots that feel so plush. And bring out the NB supercomp v2 review 😅
Juss got black nimbus 25 for ₹9.5k yesterday.
Update- any regrets, Invisible 3s better??
Hey man can you make a video of the softest and the most cushioned shoe for light running and walking . Tnx
Just don't understand the hipe for that More v line.
what kind of pants are those?
Can you review the new ADIFOM
TRXN shoes? They look like they are made for comfort!
Few days ago I bought Invincible Run 3 and my life has been never been the same. I just hate my dunks and Air Force 1s now.
Please do a video of the highest stack heights. I like the sc fuel cell trainers the best 😊
I love the gel kayanos 30 which is the stability version of the nimbus so same setup. I have the more v3 and invincible 1s and i def like the asics shoes better for overall everyday comfort. Running i kinda prefer the More v3
bro please do a comparison with the ON Cloudmonster vs. asics nimbus vs. Brookes glycerin 20! that would be an awesome video
the only on shoe worth bragging on is the new on cloudsurfer it is the bomb!! I have it as well and never wear it anywhere anymore.
