      Hey there, thank you so much for saying that! I really appreciate it because making these videos is hard work, and at 58, I don’t always have the patience I need to do a great job. So I definitely appreciate you saying that! 🤗❤️

    🖐😊 your hair looks beautiful but please help us to figure out what to do with shrinkage. You say you have shrinkage but yours does not seem to shrink very much, is it the aloe?

      Hey Girlie! I am so behind in my comments, but I don’t want to make you wait forever for me to say this. You see I keep my hair in plaits for extended periods of time. I wear it out, and the next thing you know you hear me talking about replaiting it. So, that and the aloe is what allows it to be stretched as long as it is. Also, if I do leave it out for a day or two, at night, I’m twisting it and bringing the hair in the back to the front where it’s stretched while I sleep. However, if it’s out for any length of time, I’m constantly having to pull it or it starts, shrinking from where it started. I heard that’s a sign of hair being healthy, but I know it’s annoying. 😆

    Hello,
    As you said the other product was d/c. Has the Camille rose worked for you? If not want else can you suggest. Thank you.

      Hello, around the 3:20 minute mark, I show and tell the name of the new product, AND I put it in the video description.

      @@Corporate_Carolyn Hello,
      I saw that, however you were testing the Camille rose product out. Did it work as well as the d/c product. I would like the twist and or plaits to look smooth. Does the Camille rose product provide that? Did you get the chebe butter as of yet, and if so have you used it? What were the results of that? Is it moisturizing and keeps the hair smooth?
      Thank you for your reply.

      @@k.c..2527 At the end of that LONG behind video, I showed the outcome, and I like both! In fact, I just redid the two plaits last night, and I used the Camille Rose product instead. 😳

      @@k.c..2527 I forgot to say I used the new chebe butter product on my bun, and I have a video that I am editing that shows that. However, I need to wait until I take all the plaits down so I can compare. So stay tuned for that one. 🤞🏾

      I am testing out Camille Rose Almond Jai Twisting Hair Styling Butter, with Aloe and Honey: ua-cam.com/video/odyYqmO42eE/v-deo.html for the times when this is out of stock: 2) Qhemet Biologics Aethiopika Hydrate & Twist Butter - Frizz-Free Styling Butter: amzn.to/443TRZ7. I am starting to think I prefer the Aethiopika, which seems to keep my hair elongated and defined for longer periods of time when my hair is out, but both are good products.

    I can’t actually see the difference as your surroundings is dark, but Just by you pulling on both sides I can see a difference. Where it hair looks more relaxed with the old product, while the side with the new product is more puffy and appears a little more dryer. Regardless, nice video 🎉❤

    • @Corporate_Carolyn
      @Corporate_Carolyn  Місяць тому +1

      Hi there, at the time of the video, I said I thought I preferred the Camille Rose product, but they were very similar. However, once I went outside and a little humidity hit it, I lost most of the curl definition. So, I am thinking now that the Aethiopika will be my preference if I want more elongation and definition. At least I have a backup though!

    My daughter has the same hair as you. As a child her hair was long, down her back and flourishing. She went to live with her dad in another state and when i got her back years later (very looooong emotional story) her hair was ABOVE her shoulders 😢
    I've had her back now for a couple years and her hair is growing rather slow in my opinion. Ill have to try Aloe. I know for myself leaving my hair alone it grows so much better than when im constantly manipulating it ever day or every week.
    Ive come across Aloe that smells like Musty Armpits. Not sure what thats about.

    • @Corporate_Carolyn
      @Corporate_Carolyn  Місяць тому +1

      Oh wow, sorry to hear about the situation with your daughter, but the fact that she is young means that she, and her hair, should be able to bounce back. 😄 As long as nobody is allergic, hopefully, it can work wonders. I can't wait to hear your good report! Anyway, I don't think it smells like musty armpits. It doesn't smell like perfume, but the smell of it dissipates as it dries just like it does for apple cider vinegar. Good luck!

    Hello, do you think the Aloe Vera juice will work as well? I have some Aloe Vera juice from Wal-Mart in a large container it is the unflavored one.

    • @Corporate_Carolyn
      @Corporate_Carolyn  2 місяці тому +1

      Hi, so funny you ask… I have bought those same containers from Walmart! I believe I used it as a rinse or leave-in, and that was during the time that I thought that aloe was a hoax. I didn’t get any good results from the way I was told to use it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

      @@loisevora2717 You are welcome! So while I was on the treadmill, I had a thought as to why that may be… You notice how I am not using my aloe routine on freshly washed hair, right? For some reason, my hair didn’t respond well, there was friction and not much slip, when I tried to use the aloe on clean wet hair. So that’s why you’ve seen me plait it using my regular leave-in treatments after shampooing. Then, the following week I apply the aloe. That’s how I was using the aloe juice on freshly shampooed hair. I wonder if you use that juice on already dry hair with butter and oil to seal it, what would your results would be. 🤔

      I am going to try it. If it doesn't work. I will just wash it out. I purchased the Aloe Vera juice a couple of months ago, but I didn't try it as a leave-in conditioner.
