@@victorperry160 Yes and no. Without doubt the Honeycomb provides a good experience out of the box and includes some switches which removes the need for the Logitech switch panel that I was using. The honeycomb uses a bungee cord for centering which works well, same mod could be done with the Logitech. The modded Logitech resolution is no different in FS from the Honeycomb. I haven't got round to using the Bravo throttles yet as I need to rebuild my flight console to accept them instead of what's there now.
haha, well it's now more of a plate rack, the mugs and cups now have a space just in front of the mixture controls on the console that I built. Which mod exactly did you want more info on?
Thanks! I'm just in the final stages of making a G1000 Mini (all the controls around a pair of 7" touch screens, not that FS implements the touch library properly!). I was just about to start printing this evening and the 3D printer developed a fault but check back soon.
Because I had already spent enough over the years on various bits of hardware and this was a cheap modification. I didn't feel like spending another £250 just to change that. That said, I have since changed yoke. :)
nice mod David. Love your work. I have my current cockpit setup with similar yokes (mechanically linked) so understand what you mean.
nice moderation
Nice work! What new yoke did you decide to go with?
Oh I succumbed and went for a Honeycomb and then the Bravo throttles when they were on offer at £150.
@@djtaylorutube Thanks; congrats! Did you notice much of a performance difference as compared to the Saitek yoke & peripherals?

@@djtaylorutube Good luck; sounds like a fun project! Flight sim hardware & peripherals are definitely not plug & play lol.
I love that you use your printer as a coaster haha! Could you do a walk through of your mod? Step by step?

Like what you have done with the rotary encoder, going to do that too! thanks

Как вам удалось подключить панели, без падения FPS в MSFS 2020?
What kind of software do you use to get data from MSFS?
Here i'm using Spad.next
Why did you just buy a better one ?

Agree with you, I think it’s a pretty good yoke… solving this “detent” problem, no need to buy a new one
