You messed up the second stairs. They can just lie on that and crawl over the top. You can get both walls on outside and also you can fit watch towers in the middle so you could sit in and have good spot to watch doors. If getting raided

5х wooden doors to broke to any loot direction and a lot of materials in build. Just find a small wooden garage ( example near cherno at the woods) and build there 5 gates in and a wooden tower out. You will got a one not big, but similar room where you can store you loot and will fu..ed up if there no codelocks at server under you enter there. Also if you bring metal 6x and create a metall walls it will be a bunker. This base in vanilla will be raided simple in 1 hour. Don't forget raiders almost always are clans.
wasted a lot of rescources without any advantage. wher is the point of double layered walls at the tower, if they still have to breach only through 1 gate to get inside the tower. beside this, explosions pass through walls. you defenetly need more spaced armor/walls. but all in all the best protection for a base is invisibilty. building to huge towers infront of a barn just draws more attention. soon or later every base get raided.

nvm I just opened my dayz and I got raided and took all my building stuff, probably he has a buddy with him and a car lol
You can look at the ground where your gate should be to open/close them
Also you need to close up the top of the watchtowers with at least the frame or they can boost in
Every time I try to set a fence kit inside a barn like you did it won't let me do it.
Now we can build inside of the barn

easily targeted by a lurking solo 1 way in 1 way out, I did both this builds before and the barn bunker is undefeated.

I don't see the point of doing a wall on the sides of the watchtower if there's only 1 gate infront?

You can add an extra air lock in front of that. It will extend the build out ward but add way more gates for security

The double wall watch tower is a good idea but it's useless with a one gate entry point.
I would still do the poles but not the whole walls because it’s stops them from even peaking in

Everything is easy with cooker bombs. Doesnt matter if you have 20 gates. 20 bombs will do it.
