@@sivakumarpillai2022 That makes no sense. Any modern cat scanner can perform a coronary artery calcium score in 5 minutes total. It provides a useful baseline to track whether your dietary and supplemental interventions are working. In much of the USA it is a $150 +/- cash proceedure. Some states require a md prescription, some do not.
sivakumar, I am sorry to hear about your heart attacks. I don't have the ability to point you to a practitioner in Mumbai but you can start following the dietary advice in Wheat Belly and similar books. Stop eating ALL grains and sugar and take the supplements mentioned plus vitamin K2 which he seems to have forgotten in this video. Also do all you can to lower your stress and find peace everyday. I am wishing you well.
Recently had CT scan, 725 score! No symptoms. Had a nuclear stress test passed easily. Put me on a statin to stabilize plaque and baby aspirin. I see all this info on K2 to reduce plaque, but wouldn’t the K2 destabilize the plaque and increase the odds of a clot?
So much here that you should know, Gibson, including statins and aspirin have nearly zero impact, K2 a minor factor if a factor at all. My Undoctored Inner Circle is where we address this in detail and show you how to reduce your score.
It may reduce potential for cardiovascular events, Runner, though that benefit may be confined to people with diabetes. But it will not contribute to reducing a heart scan score.
From the wheat belly and Undoctored books by Dr. Davis, it is wheat/grain free, based on grass fed, pasture raised beef, chicken pork, wild caught small fish, organic veggies, focus on cardio/brain health (he is a former Interventional cardiologist - placed thousands of cardiac stents etc), gut health and keeping blood glucose to ZERO (0) raise after eating - among other things by food choices and timing - optimum levels of D3, omega3, Magnesium, and more off the top of my head...join the FB WB group - you will learn lots....
Strict regime of fermented ladyboy semen. Naaa. Just kidding. Start with Paleo/ anti inflammatory diet, buddy. Might not be perfect but it's not far off.
Technically, according to the encyclopedia, corn and rice are also grains. Should these also be avoided? Wheat may cause more gut leakage p, which may oxidize ldl, which is the stuff that makes it past the Glycocalyx and Endothelium...
Based on the mechanism of the Endothelium small dense ldl would make it past that defense. Probably not the larger stuff. Wondering why they even bother with ldl, rather than just measuring the small dense.
I met an attorney for the American Heart Association at a conference a little over a decade ago, and she told me that they give that "heart-check" seal away based on cholesterol and fat content. When I told her that carbs are linked to many (most?) health problems, including cardiovascular issue, she looked at me, shrugged, and said "that's just our criteria." (talk about the 1970s!)
Too much-contradicting information out there. Eat grains, don't eat grains, eat eggs, don't eat eggs, eat fatty foods, don't eat fatty foods, eat carbs, don't eat carbs, have butter, don't have butter, have coconut oil, don't have coconut oil, have olive oil, don't have olive oil, eat one meal a day, eat 3-4 meals a day, eat lots of fruit, don't eat lots of fruit, shall I go on, we're told one thing after another and told differently and contradicting things of what causes diseases. If cholesterol, sugars, and fats etc were so bad for us then, why are there hugely fat people walking around? Even fat people in wheelchairs who obviously never exercise neither do they seem to be able to? People who have been in wheelchairs practically all their lives and haven't been active, none of it makes any sense. My dad smoked like a chimney and hardly was active and the last 5 yrs of his life he was chair bound and eventually bed bound yet he lived to be 86 yrs old. Clearly, something else is going on that perhaps hasn't been discovered yet. Perhaps if my dad did not smoke and was more active he may not have been bed bound and perhaps he would have lived to be 100 years old but even still he lived to be 86 yet my mother in law who gave up smoking many years ago and was active throughout her old age didn't outlive him she also lived to be 86. Anyone heard of nanobacteria, now were been told this, check it out. science Behind Nanobacteria and Calcification of Arteries. ua-cam.com/video/N2i9ktVngtY/v-deo.html. It seems to me that no one really knows fully yet what is best but I guess there's at least enough evidence to suggest healthy living and exercise is the best way, so eat drink be merry so long as we eat, drink healthily and exercise a little.
I agree. Some of it is still common sense. The fatty side of a ribeye can't be ok for us to consume. I can't believe that. Veges and lean meat without sugar and grains is reasonable. Fruit is not good for us. Medicine is a mess right now imo. What to believe anymore? Drs. Wont be honest and tell us what we need to do. Take these and carry on.
A good diet will increase health span, not just life span. Spending the last years of your life in a wheelchair is proof of very little. Ignore all of the modern noise and eat an ancestral diet - low carb, high protein, high fat, drink only water or tea/coffee and increase supplements due to our depleted soils and water. Also, the average hunter gather walks 10 miles a day, or 20,000 steps and was moving in a lot of other ways, they also fasted between hunts for 2mm years. It’s not that we do not know, it is because we live in a modern (automated) age, move less and eat a diet that is high in carbs, seed oils and processed foods.

My blood pressure average is 137/85 but at the Doc office it's usually higher 170/90-100 so I guess that helped the doc justify the need for meds but I am reluctant to start but I am considering taking fish oil at 2 grams twice a day morning and evening in an attempt to avoid having a cardiac event. I have an appointment with a cardiologist but that over is a month away. Any experience or advise with these matters is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If No symptoms and Nonsmoker with the right BMI,then don't worry, don't go too much on readings just follow healthy lifestyle( diet + exercise+ supplements+ meditation).Never visit procedure living hospitals/ docs as for them we are just an ATM.
I am mumbai. India.is there any doctor in mumbai India. I already had the first attack in June 18 and second inaugest.I have no hope in allopathic traditional medicine.your presentation gave me hope. During second attack I went to the hospital and they told me to get admitted so that they can do the second angiogram.but I refused as I don't have the money. In the first attack I had two blocks and fitted with 3 stents. Kindly advice me what to do.
Is there any softer in india mumbai who follow your methods.
They say in the lab that I can't get the calcium score test as I have had two attacks already
@@laurasatterfield9580 so .. he can stop the statins and aspirin, and to follow D3, k2, magnesium?
Thanks
Recently had CT scan, 725 score! No symptoms. Had a nuclear stress test passed easily. Put me on a statin to stabilize plaque and baby aspirin. I see all this info on K2 to reduce plaque, but wouldn’t the K2 destabilize the plaque and increase the odds of a clot?
So much here that you should know, Gibson, including statins and aspirin have nearly zero impact, K2 a minor factor if a factor at all. My Undoctored Inner Circle is where we address this in detail and show you how to reduce your score.
Does oral EDTA have benefit? minimal ?
It may reduce potential for cardiovascular events, Runner, though that benefit may be confined to people with diabetes. But it will not contribute to reducing a heart scan score.
What about fruits? They contain complete healthy sugars.
I would eat only keto friendly fruits
Thank you. Very infomative. ONly have one question, what does a person eat?

From the wheat belly and Undoctored books by Dr. Davis, it is wheat/grain free, based on grass fed, pasture raised beef, chicken pork, wild caught small fish, organic veggies, focus on cardio/brain health (he is a former Interventional cardiologist - placed thousands of cardiac stents etc), gut health and keeping blood glucose to ZERO (0) raise after eating - among other things by food choices and timing - optimum levels of D3, omega3, Magnesium, and more off the top of my head...join the FB WB group - you will learn lots....

Avoid CORN & RICE

When you say small LDL particles are you referring to VLDL?
I'm pretty sure that VLDL is something different from any LDL particles, including the small LDL particles. I'm not a doctor.

Don't they tell you to eat oatmeal everyday for your heart health?
Yes and plenty of other bad advice which is why heart disease has tripled in Australia in the last 50 years
I met an attorney for the American Heart Association at a conference a little over a decade ago, and she told me that they give that "heart-check" seal away based on cholesterol and fat content.
