I also didn't know a lot of books that have been nominated, so I feel that😂 I did vote for all the genres, based on diversity and personal interest, even though I also don't read much else besides fantasy, romantasy and romance. I have When the Moon Hatched on my TBR, very excited to get to it after I finish Fourth Wing (my first read, having a blast!). Agreed with most of your predictions, as it is mostly a popularity contest more than anything. Would be cool to see a follow up when the winners come out!
