Joe is a child prodigy and played with Blues greats in his teens. Chose his own path and controlled his future without bending over to the controlling record labels. Joe is unique, professional, master of his craft and one of the greatest of all times.
I was at that specific concert in Amsterdam and it was absolute incredible. The energy of them both, while Joe stepping back to give Beth te stage. Awesome...
I'll Take Care Of You!!!! Your jaw will hit the floor. They are amazing together. Joe is phenomenal on his own!! Midnight Blues from the Beacon Theater!!
It was a kick to see ya'll react to this. Beth Hart is amazing, she has lived through a bunch and you can tell. Tough childhood, bipolar, got into drinking and drugs, had a bit of a breakdown and lost her first recording contract. I believe it was Joe who gave her a chance once she got clean. (I'm happy for corrections if I have got it wrong) Check out I'll Take Care Of You with them together.
Thank you so much for reacting to this song. Beth Hart needs more exposure because she is in another level . Her soul shines through her voice. She writes her own songs too. I'm a songwriter and when Im having a mental block ,I listen to Beth Hart sing her origional " Get your shit together". Always live versions with Beth. She is a show . Great reaction. Much love from KY Poet Girl
Bonamassa is a legend. was playing with bb king when he was like 10. without question one of thee best blues guitarists alive today. His vocals have come a long way too.
Glad y'all got to introduce yourself to Beth Hart she's a gangster . I will say if you haven't got a chance watch the Beth Hart tribute to Buddy guy Kennedy centers honors. The first time I ever heard her sing this song I cried tears of amazement ! I truly feel she's the baddest female blues singer on the planet for the last 20 years
I've been a fan of Beth Hart since the early 1990s when she won the Star Search show on TV. Joe B. was a child prodigy on the guitar. I first saw him at the Portland Or Riverfront Blues Festival a number of years ago and was blown away. When they got together to make this kind of music, it was like a match made in heaven. I'm glad you discovered them, too!
I've followed Joe since he was 13, saw him at a bar outside of Syracuse. One thing I love about him is that he's kind of a nerd, especially when taking about guitars. He's never changed either, always true to his music. never sold out.
Thank you for the video that I continue to follow every day , without getting tired.I have seen many interpretations of this piece and I think Beth's is the most beautiful ever ,besides the fabulous group, for voice, interpretation. There's so much fear, sweetness and then anger the pain erupts...Great Beth Hart...unsurpassed!!!!...Love from Roma.Italy
Beth is a awesome person she sings Am I the one great song.My favorite song she wrote that helped her get on the map is Leave the light on.It is very personal to me.I saw her in a video when she was on star search I don't know if you have ever of it but it was a show like A.G.T.She was young.Ten years later she wrote leave the light on.Then she had to take a break I don't know for how long. She plays guitar and the piano.
Thank you guys for doing a Beth Hart song I have been amazed with her voice for years. Beth and Joe have done a few albums together but she has been preforming since the early 1990's with some other backup musicians in one iteration or another. A couple of other great songs you should react to are (I'll Take Care Of You, Caught Out In The Rain & Love Is A Lie).
You have made me a very happy girl, I love Beth!!!! She is Amazing!! Everything she does is amazing! Can you tell I am a big fan of Beth Hart lol......
Beth Hart and Jeff Beck played this song at the Kennedy Center during Obama’s presidency. You tube it…phenomenal! And Joe Bonamassa was the subject of a 60 minutes documentary way way back when he was in 8th grade. UA-cam that. Incredible.
Beth Hart: Won Star Search back in the day. She's been voted top blues artist in the world 3x at last count. Joe Bonamassa: Guitar prodigy discovered by BB King at 11, and began touring with him at the age of 12.
I didn't read the comments below yet guys so this may have already been covered but just want to say I have been a huge Beth Hart fan for over 20 years ever since she was on the old show star search. I will never forget the first time she came out on stage and this sound came out of her mouth that blew everybody's Minds. I am a big Janis Joplin fan also so when someone came along who sang in that style , it's a rare thing and Beth is just unbelievable. She ended up winning the yearly prize on that show and has been a big star in Europe for a while but hasn't really made it what they call " Big" in the US, mostly because this country has mostly shity taste lol, sorry but it's true, when you can have Madonna and Britney Spears as the biggest stars, what does that tell you? Beth would blow anybody off the stage. So glad you guys discovered her and hope you review more of her things. Especially her live at Paradiso which I'm sure people have told you about. Anyways good job keep it up.
Love this outstanding collaboration between to supremely gifted people. I have everything Beth and Joe have recorded together and I listen to them often.
Love joe hes such a great guitarist. This is the first time I've heard Beth though, what a fantastic voice. 💗💗🎸🎤🎶 RORY GALLAGHER - CRADLE ROCK. 🎸🔥🥰🇮🇪 Joe is a fan of Rory, there's a video on UA-cam of Joe doing a version of Cradle Rock, and hes uses Rory's famous battered up Strat guitar. 🎸💗
Oh My Sweet Lord, Just a few notes and I got the hibbe gibbes; what a voice!!! I felt like I was in a Black Church where everyone participates; babies to oldsters and the the House of Worship rocks with the Spirit of God. What a cleansing experience. I am alive. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I feel that what makes a good singer is one that is believable in what she is singing. She tells a story and she is completely believable. She lives the lyrics and with a great voice and band behind her she is fantastic. I love listening to her. AND Joe of course! :)
Bonamassa is one of the great guitarists of the day and Beth Hart is one of the great women voices of the day, she is also a writer, musician, yeh piano, guitar, who knows what else. Oh and Joe is an outright performer can sing too. Should be on anyone's playlist, of course you need to appreciate this kind of music, oh there again they play all genres of music. One last thing, this is an Eta James cover.
So glad you found them. She is the absolute best. She reminds me of a mix of Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse, Etta James and Billie Holiday. Supremely talented. We are lucky to still have her. She had serious drug additions and mental illness. With the help of her husband and friends, she is still here. And Joe, where to start... incredible talent who has played with Blues greats from a child.
Joe is a child prodigy on guitar and Beth was a former addict and had a rough time for many years in and out of rehabs. Joe and Beth did an album together of the classic soul and blues tunes. GREAT album, it's all great.
'Am I the One' really shows Beth in her rock style and 'Caught Out in the Rain' shows more dark seduction in her stories-always depths of emotion with her soul singing
I am so sad that you guys don't know her. I first got to hear about her about 10yrs ago from my niece in South Africa and I've been hooked ever since. I can never get enough of her, love her. Joe Bonamassa is one the best guitarists ever (Paul Shaffer' buddy). They truly complement each other oh so well.
Now you've gone and done it. The pool is DEEP with both Joe and Beth solo and together... enjoy the exploration. I would go with I'll Take Care of You next
Beth is the single greatest singer ever. Just a brilliant woman, songwriter, vocalist. Am I The One from Live at Paradiso as well as Mama from that show as well.
Joe Bonamassa is the most comsumate performer and business man working today. J & R Adventures - Kevin Shirley - 24 #1 on Billboard blues - Toured with BB King at 12 - studied with Danny Gatton - fans adore him. He gave Beth the stage she deserves. 2 Diamonds ✨
I can't stop listening She's fn amazing and Joe is the best! Every member of the band support each other.. I've found these guys recently and can't believe it!!! After working for BGP, I always found new music... NEVER LIKE THIS TIGHT ever!! Damn!!!
Beth survived her drugs/alcohol/bad decisions period in her life and is set to be one of the premier blues singers alive. Joe? He’s already a legend. Her studio cut of Nutbush City Limits with Joe is off the wall. Just to see how she gets invested in a song...even when she’s in a booth. She is a master at controlling her voice/volume with the microphone.
ok, I was like you dudes. hadnt ever heard of her until 3 yrs ago. My sister invited me to go see her at the Old Lady Brady in Tulsa. She blew me away! She does tell a story while she sings and she makes you believe it will all that she has, and as you have seen, she has a hole hell of a lot! She makes me feel like there really isnt anything you cant do in recovery! Beth is a bad ass and she *owns* you when you see her live! (feel the hair stand up on your arm at 5:36)
Great reaction guys. Beth is one of the best blues singers around. She's been up and down and now back on top. They've done 4 albums together, "Seesaw" was nominated for a Grammy for Best Blues album in 2016 (I think). Their latest is "Black Coffee". Off the Seesaw album, try Nutbush City - ua-cam.com/video/b6VEHUJwUho/v-deo.html
She is one of my favorite singers out there, if you listen to her music you don`t hear it YOU FEEL IT !!! You could call her the janis joplin of this generation. This amazing voice mixed with her talent and joe`s great playing is an awesome experience :-) For more graet songs check out one or all of the following songs ;-) her old and more rocking stuff : am i the one, i don't need no doctor or Whole lotta love ( Led Zepplin Cover) - all live at paradiso more recent songs: Beth and joe - I`ll take care of you, for my friends or nutbush city limits and her solo stuff: a change is gonne come, caught out in the rain live royal albert hall 2018, sinners prayer or get up stand up both live at jimmis, Fire on the Floor , love is a lie ....
The first day I heard Beth Hart was the day after I always listened to Beth Hart... I just love that woman to death. She is freaking amazing in every way & Joe is a beast each and every time. If you want to see Joe really go off, then check out Rockpalast....insanely awesome.
Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa both came up in the late '9Os. Not together. Beth's road was was spark and tanked due to drugs and bipolar disorder. She rebuilt her career in Europe and reclaimed her due spot in America after she and Jeff Beck honored Buddy Gut at the Kennedy Center in 2012. Beth is my music hero! I have been her fan since 1997! If you ever have a chance to see her perform at a small, intimate club, DO IT!!!
Am I the One! Beth Hart...and Caught out in the rain.... Oh yeah, I like y'all. I'm originally from Dayton, Oh. but for the last 25 years I've been living on the border of TX. & LA. I was pleasantly surprised to find some dudes from Ohio talking smack.... Then Chris Stapleton opened his mouth and you heard THAT VOICE! YOUR REACTIONS WERE PRICELESS... That's how I feel about Beth, her voice is magical( to me anyway)
Yes!!! The music completely takes control of her body in that performance. Beth Hart is phenomenal and my absolute favorite musical artist and has been for over 20 years.
She won Star Search back in the early days. Went through a depression and drug addiction and pulled herself out of it. She is too talented not to be admired. If you watch her performance of “Am I the one” (Live from Paradiso) right out of rehab you’ll see how far she’s came. Keep it up Fellas. She’s like this generations Janis
I've been a huge fan of Beth's since she first came out in 1999. She got dropped by her label and went to Europe and made it big there Joe is a child prodigy he played with BB king. Those 2 together are magic. Both awesome artists
With love from Russia) Please make a reaction to Diana Ankudinova 15 years old, - “Wicked Game», «Ты супер!»: Диана Анкудинова, 14 лет, г. Тольятти. «Derniere Danse».Your opinion is important to us)
I've seen her and Joe live, in fact when I was last in the Netherlands, I bought some tickets to this concert, I went back for the concert two months later. When they announce a show, you had best get tickets early. I have seen her with and without Joe Bonamassa roughly 8 times. Beth Hart has the ability to seemly feels everything she sings.
HERE'S ANOTHER ONE Beth & Joe - I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know - Live in Amsterdam. Sweet Jesus, it's the Rapture. I was raised Southern Baptist. I have to stand and walk the aisles, hands over my head. Lord, take me now.
I love Beth and Joe together they are phenomenal they were made for each other❤❤❤❤ and if I wasn't already a subscriber I would have pushed the button after you guys said even if you don't like us subscribe😂😂😂😂😂
Beth Hart has been around since the 89s, she has numerous albums, she did rock music in the beginning, I loved that also. She is the best, underrated. Look her up, go to Spotify
I can't listen to this without tears in my eyes and chills for days. Beth Hart is the most beautiful singer on the planet. She doesn't get radio play or big ratings but she's a blues singer. Blues doesn't get the airplay it deserves. Joe Bonamassa is an incredible musician but he sings very well too. Lots of soul in that guy. Check out Blues Deluxe by Joe.
I've been a fan of Joe's for a LONG time, he has been playing professionally since he was about 12. BUT I never heard of Beth until about 5-6 years ago. They have been playing on some of each others albums ever since. Not only look up Beth but Joe as well. BOTH are great.
Beth came out of Star Search, the old talent show hosted by Ed McMahon. She's had one of those rough careers with addiction, but has come out whole on the other side. Joe was a child prodigy, playing with BB King when he was 12. They are two separate acts, but often collaborated over the years, with her voice and his guitar complimenting each other beautifully.
I watched Beth’s version of the Etta’s song right after my husband of 47 years died. When she sang about being scared to be alone...omg it just about tore my heart apart. Now two years later I watch Beth every day but this song is my favorite by far. Anushka
If you are interested you should check her out in her younger days, a good place to start is "Am I the One" live at Paridiso, which she still gets request for at shows, but I saw an interview in which she said she feels that it is really a song for someone younger, now she in her late 40's I guess she feels she can't due it the way it should be anymore. That is one she wrote when she was 17.
" Ill Take Care of You" Live....GREAT !!! Joe is a guitar God and Beth sings like an angel....open your ears and look up there music...satisfaction guaranteed
Beth Hart ... a star in her own right, collaborates with Joe B, another Super Star guitar player, and they are Pure Magic!
Never thought I'd hear anyone rival Etta James's 'I'd Rather Go Blind', but I think I just did. Beth is phenomenal.
Ms. Etta James ❤
Your spot on Beth has all the soul that Etta had great rendition
Better than Etta her feeling is deeper.
Etta’s the queen!
I agree it is an amazing remake of Etta James' song !!!
Joe is not only a great musician but he was a great friend to Beth during her addiction and trying to get clean
upvote
Joe is a child prodigy and played with Blues greats in his teens. Chose his own path and controlled his future without bending over to the controlling record labels. Joe is unique, professional, master of his craft and one of the greatest of all times.
Beth and Joe are great separately but together they've made some great music.
Beth Hart Joe Bonnamassa "I'll take care of you."
I like that song even better then this one. It is amazing.
It's amazing guys, trust
Yea I’ll take care of u is better I agree totally
You wanna talk climax? She sounds like she's having one in this song.
This one! Much much better performance. Based in Stan's reaction here, you may have to tie him to the chair.

Beth and Joe are two separate individual artists, who simply decided to collaborate, and the result is pure magic.....
This is a divine collaboration. Beth and Joe are magic together.
Absolutely!
Thank you so much for reacting to this song. Beth Hart needs more exposure because she is in another level . Her soul shines through her voice. She writes her own songs too. Beth sings like her life depends on it. Maybe it does.
Melinda Hearld I know, she has been around since the early 90s, she won American idol.
Her music touches my soul. I have lived her music since she came out
She’s gritty. She’s raw. You feel her songs! When Joe plays beside her it’s pure magic!
Bonamassa is a legend. was playing with bb king when he was like 10. without question one of thee best blues guitarists alive today. His vocals have come a long way too.

When she sing ....I shake and cry. Becouse she makes me feel everything she's singing. She is amazing. You two are awesome guys
I've followed Joe since he was 13, saw him at a bar outside of Syracuse. One thing I love about him is that he's kind of a nerd, especially when taking about guitars. He's never changed either, always true to his music. never sold out.
“I’ll Take Care of You” Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa. Her voice is her instrument and his guitar becomes his voice. It’s spectacular! ❤️
Beth Hart one the most underrated singers ever and sexy as hell.
Second!!
Beth Hart is simply the finest blues singer alive today. If you don’t feel it when she sings, you’re dead.

Stan getting the full body shivers still makes me laugh four months later lol

I’ve seen Diana. You cannot watch just once that’s for sure.
Diana is a great singer and needs more exposure.
This is an Etta James song. Beth and Joe are even better with "I'll Take Care of You" live. Once seen never forgotten!
Beth Hart Caught Out in the Rain-live at the Royal Albert Hall 2018. It will blow you away! I NEED to see your reaction!
MUSIC... I love it. Beth is AWESOME and Joe is a guitar GOD.
I love Beth Hart !! She is one of my favorites right now.
Her and Joe are amazing together !!!
Beth is so heartfelt and Joe makes that guitar cry
Yay ! Beth Hart and Floor Jansen are my favorite female singers, Beth Hart is from Los Angeles California 🐱👤😎😁
I fall in love with her a few years ago ❤️ when I was on UA-cam and heard her song " Get your shit together Girl", then "set yourself free"
Anushka
Beth is thee best jazz singer for sure. She does zeppelin whole lotta love OMG
You guys are doing all my fav SRV Chris Stapleton and you discovers Beth and Joe
React please to Diana Ankudinova - Wicked game
I must have been living under a rock, never heard of Beth. What an incredible singer. Oooh wow!
I know what I'm doing this weekend.... Beth has a bunch of albums I'm going to listen to 👍
If you are interested you should check her out in her younger days, a good place to start is "Am I the One" live at Paridiso, which she still gets request for at shows, but I saw an interview in which she said she feels that it is really a song for someone younger, now she in her late 40's I guess she feels she can't due it the way it should be anymore. That is one she wrote when she was 17.
" Ill Take Care of You" Live....GREAT !!! Joe is a guitar God and Beth sings like an angel....open your ears and look up there music...satisfaction guaranteed
This song gives me the feels.
