We are witnessing the final flicker of a member of the worlds best ever band.No need to go on about his voice, the man is 80 years old.For us that grew up with the Beatles, this is a very final chance to be there and say thank you. There will never be any other like them. When i was a kid there were The Beatles,Stones,Dylan Hendrix,Beach Boys and all the others that came along once The Beatles opened the door.My favourite after the Fab Four split up was the late great David Bowie.Today i still play Beatle music and its still as fresh and relevant as it was when i was a kid.I was lucky enough to live my youth with great music surrounding me and a beautiful world full of beautiful people and some ladies that came along in my life.Today its all about,Pandemics, poverty and to cap it all a very dangerous war that could spark a nuclear attack. Its the kids of today i feel for. They might have mobiles and computers but we had a better life with our slide rule.My wish for all is to stay healthy and in peace, just like Lennon would have liked it.Oups back to the Beatles again. They were a massive part of our life.Oh to go back and listen to their music while scrunching on some Potato Puffs and drinking Tizer and eating Rolos and fancying that new girl in the neighbourhood with the sexy mini skirt. If only i could go back for a while but i know i can't. I do get very close when Paul sings and i close my eyes and imagine.
George was a mate 🧉 of mine 🤣 🤣🥰😭 met at the Isle of White when Bob Dylan made his electric come back after several years after a motorcycle accident 😂 George was just a nice guy!!!
The Beatles were there when I was a kid. After the split, they were still there. I cannot imagine Paul being out of this world even we all know the day will come. This man is just as important to the world of music as Beethoven and Mozart and we are very lucky to be able to watch him (a)live. Thank you Paul!
@@paulmccartney451 Please stop to troll people. Especially people that maybe don't know, that you are not the real Paul. Please just stop it. It's very not cool or funny.
What might be easy to forget or overlook, is that Paul and George were close mates long before anyone ever heard of the Beatles or Paul and John even met. They were school friends, rode the bus together starting around 7th-8th grade all through high school. Even if there'd never been Beatles, and they ended up with regular jobs their whole lives living normal, quiet, unremarkable lives, they'd still have probably been pretty close friends until George died.
Forgive me for saying this but WHY do some people have to point out that Paul knew Geo LONG before he met John. Why the fuck are you so threatened by Paul possibly being closer to John than he was to George. Paul can never do something for John without someone pointing out that Paul and George knew each other longer; therefore they have to be closer than Paul and John were. Paul has to miss George more than he does John. Geez Louise!
@@gretchennelson7056 Whoa chill out! You don’t have to be a bitch!!! Besides, what if they really were closer than Paul was to John? In fact I bet they were. So what the fuck is it to you?
My thoughts exactly. The music will always be with us, but the lads won't. With John and George already gone, i cant imagine Paul's and Ringo's passing, but i remember my parents lamenting the deaths of thier generations' icons.
He's played this on every tour since 2002. I've seen loads of articles pop up about Paul paying tribute to George on this tour like he's not been doing the exact same thing for 20 years.
Just a little help for you to improve your Spanish. The word "imposible" is spelled just like in English but with one "s" instead of two. Never with a "c".
If people know why he plays the ukulele version, George loved playing the ukulele before his death. Paul and George has a sitting once and they played Beatles songs with just ukuleles. George is missed dearly ♥️
Thank you for your live recordings. You must be a real Beatle fan (just like me, from 1963... perhaps). Anyway, their music is timeless and not bound to any place.
Hallo Tim. Da warst du ja wirklich ,,weit vorn,,. Be glad...so a lovly Tribute for George, and John and Ringo too. Thank you for this Video. From Germany, lg beatles Fan Ellen 🥰
Paul McCartney honors his 2 friends/fellow Beatles, John Lennon and George Harrison, by singing 2 of their songs. I feel Ringo Starr should've been there too.
If you ever have the chance to see Sir Paul on stage, take it. Drive a few hours, spend those couple hundred dollars. You won't regret it. Sure, he's getting old but he's so experienced! A great entertainer and so generous! Yep! Generous is what always come to my mind when I think of his performance in Seattle last week. A truely experienced entertainer.
while he still has his falsetto and can hit the really high notes, his chest and head voice are gone....I thought maybe the two years off from touring would be kind to it
It's the same band he's had for about 20 years. Wix Wickens - keyboards Rusty Anderson - guitar Abe Laboriel Jr. - drums, bass guitar, guitar, keyboards Brian Ray - bass guitar, guitar
Everyone needs to realize that this is probably the last real tour for this man, Enjoy it while we can.
So glad to hear it again on stage. His voice is much better than I expected. love you Paul
Yeah. Dont be blind and deaf. He is croaking like a frog.
Yes, i think his voice is a little better than 2020
Really ??
...I bet it's better than yours.....
Love this! Paul still sounds great! He still looks so handsome still!!❤❤❤😊😊😊
sounds amazing
Paul's tributes to John and George are both beautiful and deeply sad too and greatly appreciated.

Would it be wrong to guess the ukulele Paul is playing might have been a gift from George?
Yes, it was a gift from George to Paul. If you look at some if the Beatles Anthology videos on UA-cam you'll find George and Paul jamming on Ukeleles.
He is really old to perform well, people in the concert must felt very emotional there and great.

Horrific guitar solo.
Its note for note the solo on the recording
This kind of thing is a little overkill ...
Moreover, the ukulele.
To be honest, I don't really like it.

He always does this as a tribute to Geo. George loved ukuleles.
