You can get the rings from the Zeryphesh gambler in NG+. The guns, belt and amulet can be gambled at any gambler from NG+++ and higher. The armour (boots, pants, chest, head, shoulders, gloves) can be gambled in NG+++ OR the best way to get these is with a boon scroll, if you have one. These are the best ways to get these items. If you can't do any of these, then you could try phase beast farming, or Tarroch's tomb. Those will take longer though.
