The drinking method is:
1. A silver bowl of wine is served in the left hand of the guest.
2. Use the ring finger of your right hand to dip the wine and flick it towards the sky, which is called "Respect to Heaven".

4. Dip your right ring finger in the wine and flick it forward, which is called "respect for ancestors".
