My favorite cheeseball is: 4 8oz blocks cream cheese - softened. 6 packages Buddig corn beef or Buddig Beef - chopped in small pieces. 1 bunch green onions - chopped. 1 Tbsp Accent 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. Mix everything together and shape into a ball. I put some of the beef in the cheese ball and then cover the entire cheeseball with the chopped beef.
I have a tip for the meatballs, buy tortilla chip scoops, line the inside with lettuce, drop in the meatball, top with graded cheese. ( The lettuce serves as a moisture barrier so the chips won't get soggy )
I made a happy mistake years ago when I first made the meatballs. I used an asian chile sauce instead of the heinz. I love it so much more! It is spicy, but so delicious!
Love the meatballs that way! Made them in July for my son’s Marine brothers who come for a reunion and they were great! Much less sweet than the grape jelly but just as good on the flavor.
Mandy I was just introduced to your channel by chance and we are loving your recipes. You ask us to write a comment I say you are so popular because you do every day meals for every day people. keep up the great work!
We use red currant jelly with mustard! But the cranberry sauce would be a great substitution with hot dogs, little smokies, smoked sausage or meatballs!
I'm SO happy to see that you've posted a new video! I love seeing all the recipes that you and your viewers come up with. I'm disabled so I can't cook any more, but I love watching you and your family interact. Oh yes, and I can't leave out that sweet little Ms. Gracie Lou!
I wish I lived here near you I'd love to cook for you! I do for my disabled father and it really gives me such joy, I got my love of cooking from him. Hope you have a great day, and holiday Criss. ❤
I would love to cook for you as well. I bake and cook for all my neighbors. They all work and have tiny kid, I am a disabled veteran and am home all day. Cooking and baking for them brings me and them happiness. If you live within driving distance I'd be there in heart beat with hot home cooked meal and company
Well, now I definitely would love to try the dill cheese ball, and I am going to make the cranberry meatballs! Thank you Mandy for these great ideas 🤗💕
I make a simple cheeseball. It is customizable. I have made it with ham, bacon and roast beef and they were all good. Our 2 favorites are the bacon bits and the ham. 16 oz cream cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar 2 Tbsps Worchestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup chopped ham, chopped roast beef or real bacon bits 3 finely chopped green onions
Chili sauce and cranberry….may try that with chicken! Normally use cranberry, onion soup mix and Catalina dressing…. Def doing it with meatballs soon! Never had rotel dip with cream cheese. We use velveta, rotel and cooked, crumbled brfst sausage. That plant actually does better when u let it slightly dry out and then water it. I’ve had mine for years, replanted and broke them apart and they continue to grow. Loved thru 2 hurricanes and snow!
Mandy and Steven (and Cole, of course), Finding your channel has truly been a gift to me and my family. It's been a wonderful journey trying the recipes on here and the anticipation of what you will share next. I Love the family reviews! I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year!🎄🎉
Oh Mandy! Love these appetizers. Definitely gonna have to try them, especially the cranberry meatballs! For the cheeseball, you HAVE to try the Pecan Pie cheeseball..Always a hit with us!
I use that rotel dip in stuffed peppers. I pre- cook the peppers so they are a little soft and then put in the meat mixture and bake a little longer until the pepper and meat is hot. In fact I made this for dinner today.
Going to try these soon. I've binge watched your channel and tonight we are having Lauren's Indian Chicken, hopefully hubby approves. Such a beautiful family Merry Christmas to everyone.
Omg, these appetizers look amazing and I can't wait to try them. It's been quite some time since I've had the grape jelly meatballs. But now I'm so ready to change it up with the cranberry sauce.😋
I've never made a cheese ball either, nor have I ever made the meatballs, but I always eat them at gatherings. I need to make some myself. I am supposed to go to a friend's house on the 31st so maybe I will make one of these.
Yummy!! They all look great, but the one that's making my mouth water most right now is the dill pickle cheese ball! Thank you so much Mandy! You always make great recipes!!! Hugs and blessings!!
cranberry sauce was always what you used many years ago then people tried the grape and started using that. I am 66 and we always used cranberry sauce glad to hear the younger generation are trying the old ways.
I've made cheese balls using cream cheese a top lemon juice, 1 can deviled ham spread and a dash of worchestershire sauce and 1/2 envelope onion soup mix. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, roll into ball and wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for an hour. Before serving, roll in finely crushed walnuts.
You and your husband are such a cute couple..My husband and I have been married 53 years and we still enjoy each other's company... This is the second time I have watched your show and now I have so many recipes to try... Thank you so much 🥰
I would like to thank you for sharing your ideas and recipes and your family for tasting and sharing their opinions! It helps after 36 yrs of the same dinner!!!
I love that you support Thrive Market because they donate to needy families!! I just learned about them here and will definitely use them because I love the donation idea!! PS..I just made the Korean beef recipe but with a pork, pin… Delicious!!! Thanks!! 💕💕
I use canned whole cranberry sause, not the jelly stuff, in my meatballs. I also use the same ingredients to make Little Smokies (tiny hotdogs) in the crockpot - always a big hit with children too!
Thanks Mandy for the great recipes for my New Years celebration. I have never had those meatballs even though this recipe has been around for years so I am going to make them with the chili sauce first. I love cranberry anything, so I am making Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce over the top and a Shrimp Ring That is my snacks for ringing in 2022. I am planning a early dinner of Ribeye Steak, Au-gratin Potatoes, and a green veggie, so I am keeping the snacks to a minimum. I am also making Eggnog Ice Cream. It’s 2 ingredients, a premium Eggnog, the thick kind , and Heavy Whipping Cream, you can add sugar if you want, it was sweet enough for me. Just put it in your Ice Cream maker and proceed as usual. Merry Christmas!❤️
I made the cranberry meatballs and the dill pickle cheeseball for today's Christmas dinner . They were delicious and a big hit in my house. 😋 Thank you Mandy for these recipes. 🤗
Lol...been making the same appetizers/finger foods for Christmas Eve at least the last 25 years+ We will definitely add these 3 new recipes this year! Thanks so much. Love hearing your husband and off camera son join in on your show. Merry Christmas and Blessings to you.
Mandy , THANK YOU so much for the Jimme Dean sausage appertizer , i do hope you read this , i live in Vermont and yesterday we had a huge ice storm and out family were unable to drive to our home, so we made these and they were insanely wonderful, love your shows and very pleased to have come across you . happy christmas and a blessed 2022 to you and your family . Beverly
Glad to see another video. Perfect timing for Christmas parties. Those are our favorite meatballs. I used to work for a catering company that made them that way and everyone always raved about them. We do bbq sauce grape jelly and mustard in the lil beef smokies cocktail weiners. Gives you 2 meats at a party with a different flavor. Great video.
I make those meatballs for dinner. I have used the cranberry sauce for a long time now. I don't eat grape jelly often and we'd end up with a half container in the fridge forever. So I really liked how I could just use one can and not have any left over. I use two jars of chili sauce and I have used homemade and frozen meatballs. I serve it over rice with broccoli. It's a great, hearty, and warming dinner!
Will be trying all 3 of these. I do a sausage dip with sausage, cream cheese and Undrained rotel and it’s delicious. And I do just sausage with cream cheese and lay out crescent sheet top with sausage mixture then another crescent sheet it’s my family’s favorite breakfast
These appetizers look deelish! I will for sure be making the dill pickle cheese ball and the Ro-Tel sausage & cream cheese crescents! Yum! Thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas from central Florida!
Great recipes! That dill pickle cheese ball sounds delicious! I’ve never thought of putting cranberry sauce in meatballs 🤔 Brilliant! Thanks for sharing. I’m so glad you’re back💕

Same way I make mine,
This is my favorite too! Although I’ve never used Worcester sauce… I’ll try it the next time I make it for sure!!!
Thank you 😊
I like adding 1. T. horseradish to it as well
Thank you for sharing
ok hear me out with the first one the meatballs do that but also add in the lil smokies ( those baby sausages) in with the meatballs , sooooo good
I do this too!
Chief Jean Pierre says to put the microplane on top of the citrus to zest so you can see where you’re going Not the other way around.
Jeannem...thanks for reminding me about the microplane!! ❤❤❤
I live in Lexington, SC. I knew that accent from this state lol. We are a special kind of breed.
you and your husband are too cute :)
I have a tip for the meatballs, buy tortilla chip scoops, line the inside with lettuce, drop in the meatball, top with graded cheese. ( The lettuce serves as a moisture barrier so the chips won't get soggy )
Hello Mandy, I’m new to your channel and really enjoyed watching your videos.

What brand of smoked sausage? Is it ground? Please let me know! Thank you
I made a happy mistake years ago when I first made the meatballs. I used an asian chile sauce instead of the heinz. I love it so much more! It is spicy, but so delicious!

Mandy I was just introduced to your channel by chance and we are loving your recipes. You ask us to write a comment I say you are so popular because you do every day meals for every day people. keep up the great work!
I have always used my homemade cranberry sauce in my meatballs because my hubby is a cranberry lover. Beautiful at Christmas.
We use red currant jelly with mustard! But the cranberry sauce would be a great substitution with hot dogs, little smokies, smoked sausage or meatballs!
love when a man so enjoys his food. can we say yummmmmmmmmmm
Russian dressing and Apricot preserves make the best sweet and sour meatballs.
Good for Russian chicken. Pour over chicken bake 1 hour at 350,serve with noodles. Make extra sauce😊
The meatballs look yummy! I've started making them with enchilada sauce and cheese.
OMG that sounds so good 🤤🔥💣🌟🥂✌️
Is there more to it? 11:05
