Excellent video guys and it is one of the many many reasons why I bought Lewin Prime. Now all I have to do is play the waiting game until hes in my hands!
Great review fellas! Mine arrived today and he is PERFECT! $350.00 shipped so I got a deal! Agreed on the trailer! The box should be plastic and the inner workings should be die cast and the undercarriage. Well done guys😊 ROLL OUT! ❤
@14:28 Quick FYI: Thrust was the Decepticon whose reflection appeared in Optimus Prime's grill just before OP rammed into him in the 1986 movie. . Great vid, gents!
I would like to see Lewin Resources make Unicron since they know how to build the biggest transformer. Other ideas are: Autobot Ark or the Decepticon Submerge Spaceship.
At 14:23 Thrust was the seeker that was hit by Prime in the You Got the Touch part of the 1986 movie. Now, if you've been meaning to watch the 1986 film with your kids does that mean you haven't seen it yet? If so then stop right now, take off the Decepticon hoodie, and watch it.
Lol! It means Lou hasn't seen it since he was a kid. Some people live and KNOW the Transformers inside and out. Lou is a fan who grew up with the toys before they became the official Transformers and mildly knows the different episodes, characters and cannon.
GeekCulture I figured as much; I just wanted to point out how jealous I am of those awesome hoodies. This was a great review and you pointed out of of the most awesome moments in Transformers history when Prime ran over Thrust and ran thru the Decepticon invaders in the 1986 film.
You didn't transform the elbows correctly. There's a panel that folds out and fills the gap behind the front wheel. That panel being mistransformed puts pressure on the rest of the cab. That's why it's not aligned properly. Nobody ever does it right...
i just dont understand why manufacturers and collectors go googoo-gaga over die-cast parts in toys. it contributes nothing to a figure. it adds unnecessary weight, it adds unnecessary cost, painted colors appears differently, it wears out joints, and the parts itself wears out differently compared to the plastic counterparts. I understand for small figures its nice to have some heft to it but for a figure this size i think its stupid. Nobody will be excited when it starts to take nosedives from the shelves.
From our experience plastic and PVC figures have a higher track record of taking nose dives. NECA is the first to come to mind after Mcfarlane old 18" line. We will see in 10 more years how this figure is holding up. Talk to you soon.😀
@@geekculture3989 sorry didn't mean to sound offensive in my comment, just sharing out my thoughts. Glad that you enjoyed the figure, i enjoyed the review. you are right about them pvc figures.
They are doing a reissue of this guy and I have my order in. Ive also designed and 3d Printed a trailer with roller to match him in scale, My trailer is 36" long, 15" high, 10" wide. I did put up a video on UA-cam a few months back with the Trailer 3/4 complete.
Yes, but mostly likely an oversized copy of MPP-10 by Wei Jiang (because of the 5th vent they added on his vent legs). Which is, an even more oversized copy (Lewin Resources Prime) from an oversized copy (MPP-10) from the original (MP-10)
Bro I would buy 2 so I wont have to transform him except to robot mode and the vehicle mode will stay flush out of package. I want 1/12 transformers where the Gi Joe Classified Hasbro figures can fit inside! I dont care if they dont transform. I perfer that, Im lazy bro lol
That is one hell of a transformers room you got there! Transformers goals!

The greatest Optimus Prime Fig/toy ever made. To bad Lewin didnt make a Megatron to go with him.
Agreed
Megatron would be a massive gun lmao
@@redsirius8844Tank. Gun wouldn't make sense in this scale
This would go great scaled with your GI JOE Classified 1/12 or 6-7 inch scale human action figures!
Ooooh that sleeve tho!
Worth a grand to me with trailer
The absolute unit of this lad

Nobody ever does it right...
There no panels on the legs look for your self and the figure might not have the joint to pull them out
@@minisoul01 You literally didn't read what I posted. Read it again. Then read it again. Then a third time. Did you spot the problem?
@@TagSpamCop You clearly say the elbows and he's talking about panels on the legs lol. But yeah I see people not folding that down all the time.
Is there an ankle pivot?
The Walmart Jackets! I have one too! Lol
We got the Jackets from BBTS.com
+GeekCulture: Nice
That finger at 12:00, lol
where is the TF logo on his shoulder ?
Cringing at you trying to pull that smoke stack!
really beautiful, how much does this beast cost?
I think around $340 not sure.

$329 on the site I just posted
I photoshopped this image onto a Papercraft of Optimus.. It was Thrust, who you were thinking of..
Massive.
does it transform to truck mode
The only two thing is would add are the leg guards and the seats. What do you men he has no seats!
What Prime is that directly behind there...
Prime 1 Studios G1 prime. Atlas is bigger than both the G1 and Ultimate Prime statues.
I'm waiting for the Battle Damaged version like WeiJiang.
Good luck finding a decent ion canon for that boy.

Guys gorgeous mp no doubt.
400 bucks it could have at least came with a perfect scale gun n not that mp 10 size gun😂🤦🏼♂️🤷♂️😂😂😂👍
It might be slightly under scale, we understand they most likely did it so it would fit in the pack on his back.
