Come to southern parts of India. To states like Kerala, Tamil nadu, Karnataka, It's a totally different cuisine altogether.
Not only that every region has different kind of foods. But foreigners mainly consider north indian food as indian. Because most migrants are Punjabis. Therefore They don't know how diverse our food culture is. Every state has its unique tastes and items. But all they know is butter chicken and biryani. ( Not offended just saying)

Those stuffed Naan is actually Naan Parratha. I consider them Stuffed Rohti. :) So good. My favorite is the butter Parattha and Allu Parattha. :)

ByRWZY I know. But they don’t understand and I didn’t explain it right. Too lazy I guess. When I make Parratha, I use Lion brand flour, whole wheat. When I make Naan I use yeast.
