The worst feeling is having a bloated stomach and indigestion before bed. This is me right now. It's already 11 and I have to get up early but I know that if I sleep while having indigestion, tomorrow morning it's going to be severe acid reflux. I hate this.

Drink ginger ale before you eat. Wait about 10 minutes before you eat. Then you can eat and your stomach will feel fine. Drink maybe a quarter glass after you eat too.
Instead a little Ginger piece before meals. Thus Food tastes too tasty too.

I don’t feel any pain, but I do feel extremely stuffy and uncomfortable to the point I can’t sleep. But with the change of more subtle foods like soup and indigestion medicine, it got better. I think I have indigestion, it’s been a week so I should probably see a doctor.

Whenever I eat I get really full and most of the time, when I drink milk just plain milk my stomach starts hurting but I'm not lactose intolerant, I don't know if I have indigestion though.

Can indigestion last for a week? Every time I eat, I get bloating and gas about 30-45 mins after. Drinking milk or water doesn't affect me, but solid food does.
