Good morning, I could listen to you speak about any topic! Personally, I would love to learn more about the history of cigars and how things have changed over the years.
More cigar pairings! You can introduce us to Davidoff cigar models and what can we consume with them and show us that. But also I could watch anything you film because I love to listen Eddie. Like a role model, his behavior inspires me to improve my manners as well and I admit to say that I'm secretly crazy fan! 😇🙌👑
Following the Kelner and Eladio Diaz's departure, what does it mean for Davidoff in the future? Particularly in terms of new products and quality assurance. Many thanks
Thanks for a thorough summary of your recent Cuban Habanos Festival. I am a 36 year pipe smoker but enjoy a cigar about once a month, especially with espresso after lunch. Any thoughts on coffee pairings? Also I vacationed in the Dominican Republic for a decade and their cigars continue to impress, so maybe more reviews of your excellent Davidoff Dominican made cigars would be much appreciated. Kindest regards to you and your father. Cheers from Milano 🇮🇹 SF.
Show some videos from Cuba, if you are allowed! Even if just farms and tabaco fields :) Also - do a video with Jemma, she is awesome and good talker as well.
Thank you so much Mr Sahakian for the last minutes of this video. You are exactly right about cuban people. This is a perfect description of the life out there. Bravo.
nope. mr rogers would tell you that cigars are grownup things, that you dont need to smoke and rather go out and play with your friends in the fresh air and sunlight 🤣
Very good and concise summary of this week of Cuban festival. Too bad we didn't meet on this occasion. It would have been my pleasure and honor. Next time, I hope.
What a wonderful job you did at the end speaking to the contrast of the standard of living and the luxurious items Cubans offer the world in such an honorable and uplifting way.
I walked in Saturday and watched and listen to him with a first time cigar smoker. He was so patient and informative. I wanted to stop the guy at the door and ask if he knew who the salesman was? Eddie's a cool guy.
As a U.S. citizen, I wish our government would just stop this ridiculous embargo against Cuba. I would love nothing better than to finally be able to enjoy a Cuban cigar in my home.
When I lived in the PNW l, I would travel to Victoria and Vancouver, B.C. and enjoy Cubans there. Now I am on the other side of the continent and not able to partake as easily.
An absolutely terrific posting. Extremely informative. I was last in Cuba in 2018 and share your thoughts about the Island and the wonderful Cuban people. It’s time for the U.S. to end the embargo and allow the Cuban people to enjoy all the world has to offer. I will be in London next year and look forward to visiting the greatest cigar retailer in the world and hopefully meet you and your father.
The US Embargo doesn't prevent Cuba from trading with the rest of the world. Look to their "leadership," not the USA, for what has been holding Cuba back since the 1950s. Look at the opulence and excess enjoyed by the Cuban Dictators and their cronies for all the evidence you need. Further, it is cute when westerners say they have "been to Cuba." You've been to Havana. You haven't been around the island, to the 99% who eek out meager existence, and are kept oppressed generation after generation under the boot of communism.
Mr. Sahakian, it was a pleasure meeting and speaking to you and your father last Saturday. Thank you so much for taking the time for a chat and take a photo. The two Romeo y Julieta Churchills and the two boxes I received made it back to Mississippi in tact. It was a pleasure listening to you walk a new cigar smoker through his first purchase and even cutting his cigar to show him how. The shop is great from staff to product. Wishing you all the best in the future and long ashes. Reply
Thankyou Eddie for a wonderful video and your kind words regarding the Cuban people. Also very interesting what you say about people's interest in not just smoking the cigar but the wider culture. Totally agree
Great video, I’m only new to the cigar world but have to say Eddie I love your knowledge and enthusiasm and also the great admiration you have for your father it’s very humbling to hear the way you speak of your father. Hope you get over to Davidoff at sometime this year and would love to sit and smoke a cigar with you Eddie, I think your a very interesting man 👍🏻
Eddie, I first became aware of you and your father through Kirby Allison's UA-cam Channel. I can't tell you how happy I am to know you now are producing your own videos! I am now a subscriber and look forward to watching your channel!
Thank you once again for another quality content video. Living in the U.S.A. It puts a damper of enjoying a Cuban cigar. Though do enjoy others but the effects was different.
Eddie, it is always exciting to see a new video you've posted. The very first thing that I do when I see this is send the link to my dad. Our bond has always been strengthened by our mutual love of cigars. I didn't think you could be more likeable, but I discovered how wrong I was after listening to your thoughts on some of the excesses the Cuban people have to live without. Be well sir and please keep the content coming.
Eddie, thank you for your “report”. Most enjoyable. I had the pleasure of meeting you and your father last April. Gracious hosts. Joe curated a selection of wonderful cigars for us. It’s time for us to visit Davidoff of London. Will be there in about two weeks. Look forward to meeting you all and perhaps enjoy your company for a smoke and marinating some ice cubes. Please relay my best regards to your dad. Cheers from Los Angeles. Sean.
Thanks for the video. You are right "gustosos" means tasty. Wishing to come back to London and pay a visit to Davidoff of London. Regards from BCN, P.S. Gorditos stands for a little bit fatty or slightly overweight...
Eddie my dear friend, your pronunciation is good, very nice R Rolls especially in maestro. Hopefully I can meet you soon to hear more about this event.
Hi Eddie as far as i know about Turquinos at 8:54. Turquinos is what they called people that came from Ottoman Empire to USA in 1920s. They also call people came from Turkey Turquinos in Israel. Thank you for your wonderful video hope to buy these cigars as soon as they become available.
I live in Australia and love watching you and also with your dad Id love to come over and meet you and your father in person and share the passion of cigars together
Congrats on your recent UA-cam success Eddie, I think in a year's time you might even have Kirby worried! And I hope you were able to see Nick Foulkes decimating this year's crop with his tensile strength experiments! That was too funny.
I think you and your father should write a book about cigars, and your journey in the cigar industry. I would pay good money for the audiobook with you reading!
I am so disappointed I did not have the honor of seeing you amd your father at the festival since I was there for the Monday and Weds event. I am a bit surprised you did not get your hands on a box of the Bolivar new gold medal. I will be in London on May 17th and I am looking forward to visiting your lounge amd hopefully seeing you amd your father!
Sir, I have been waiting for your Cuba report like a child awaiting Santa Claus. As one of the 80% (total tourist numbers) from Canada I would offer up that the name for the L.G.C. cigar LOS TURQUINOS is a play on words as El Turquino is the highest mountain peak in Cuba. Perhaps like some viewers, I have put a visit to Davidoff of London on my bucket list. Thank you for your time.
Eddie, it was a pleasure seeing you again, in the Partagas shop lounge and enjoy a few minutes with you, your delightful father and your friend K.A. I am honored to call you and your father a friend and hope to see you in London soon. Please send my warmest regards to Mr. Sahakian.
Love Davidoffs, I thought it would be intimidating going there knowing very little about cigars but it’s a wonderful shop and the staff are all fabulous. Max Foulkes is incredibly charming
Thank you for all of the comments and for watching our videos. I promise more on the way - any suggestions on topics you would like me to cover?

the Mr. Rodgers of cigars. Calm, incredibly kind, and knowledgeable.
If Mr. Rogers and Bob Ross were melted down and formed into a cigar aficionado it would just be a clone of Eddie.
nope. mr rogers would tell you that cigars are grownup things, that you dont need to smoke and rather go out and play with your friends in the fresh air and sunlight 🤣
Eddie …we need more videos from you ..
Fellow cigar enthusiast from Finland here, i cant express how much i enjoy your videos and the mood that they provide. Keep on the good work!

@@JustChasingWaterfalls Wow , I would like to meet him.
Eddie simply rocks! Yet another fantastic upload my friend!
Great video, love to hear about your trip.
As a U.S. citizen, I wish our government would just stop this ridiculous embargo against Cuba. I would love nothing better than to finally be able to enjoy a Cuban cigar in my home.
Indeed!
Land of the “free”
I was able to snag some pre-embargo Cubans years ago and they really were as good as they say. This stupid embargo does need to end.
When I lived in the PNW l, I would travel to Victoria and Vancouver, B.C. and enjoy Cubans there. Now I am on the other side of the continent and not able to partake as easily.
There is a few online stores outside of the US that sell cuban cigars to the US mate.
Humble .
Great finish. Thank you.
Great video Eddie, thank you for taking the time.
Loved the philosophy regarding the Cuban people. Couldn't agree more.

Thank you for the help - I am researching why they linked the name to La Gloria Cubana brand..perhaps a historic connection.
I have the open eagle aging in my humidor, will be smoking it the day my daughter is born!!!
