Never will forgive Doug Wilson for letting Pavs walk, after a 38 goal season, captain of the Sharks, led us to WCF. He literally cracked his head on the ice that infamous Game 7 against Vegas. Was at that game, it was a surreal moment witnessing that comeback. Pavelski should have been a Sharks for his entire career. Many in San Jose are hoping he wins the cup this year, finally. No one in the NHL currently deserves it more.
As a Stars fan, I hope Joe "retires" as a Star, but I'd love to see the Sharks offer to bring him back for a one-day contract and let him officially retire as a Shark. Dude deserves to also have his number retired by both teams.

The best was the post-game interviews after they put away the avalanche. Rest of the team and the coach were all very calm and not terribly incensed about that bad no goal call in the first OT. Pavs gave less than zero sharts. Straight up said it was bogus LOL

The U.S. won the World Cup of Hockey in 96' so I don't know what you're talking about.

@@mr.brenman2132 you refer to the world cup of hockey, which is not the official world cup. The official word cup is called Ice Hockey World Championships (IIHF) and Czech Republic beat the US in the semi-finals.
The tournament the US won was organized by the NHL and took place with only 8 teams. This tournament was an additional tournament after the official world championship (official tournament is in mai every year and this world cup of hockey was in August after the official tournament) I think the name is stupid beacuse it is called world cup but it isnt a real world cup because it was a Europe vs America tournament.
@@Black4Cook Wrong again. The World Cup of Hockey is different then the World Championships. The World Cup of hockey is held in higher esteem then the World Championships. The 96' World Cup had all of the best teams in the world. The tournament final was best 2 out of 3 where the U.S. beat Canada in 3 games.
