College is double the work. Everything a coach in the pros has to do plus recruiting, which is the part of being a college coach that most college coaches say is the hardest part. If Bill just wants to chill and coach football, college is not the place to do that.....at all.

Did anyone else see Bills eyes absolutely light up when he was talking about the practice schedule of college football? The number of padded practices without all the CBA rules and regulations. He talked about hanging around Washington last year and seeing players get better day in and day out through spring ball and camp. He was excited to see the progression of players who are actuall willing and allowed to practice progress. The biggest issue with the NFL is the lack of organized practice time. No 2 a days, limited padded days and people wonder why tackling and Oline play is down in the NFL. Olines are supposed to gel and they simply don't get the contact time in camp to do so, so no knows the true state of their line until like week 3 of the season, outside if the couple great lines.
