Solid. Definitely a perfect riff to play through a jcm 800. I find myself often playing "I don't know" by ozzy when ever I just wanna hear the beautiful tone of a cranked jcm 800.
In this life there have been perfect couples, Oliver and Hardy, Starsky and Hutch, Simon and Garfunkel, Tom and Jerry, but none can match Gibson and Marshall.
I have one of these too. I love it. Its like having a jet plane sitting in your drive way. You can never use it the way its truly intended, but damnit...you have it. I put an attenuator in my effects loop so I can crank the amp, without blowing out the windows and getting divorced. Great job on that riff. Thats not easy to play. +1 for the Explorer. Im an Explorer guy too.
Thank you, kind sir... for me modelers/plugins are great to record with, not so good sounding in live context (with exception of Lost Society who went Kemper and still sound great live)
@@TomekGrzyb82 A z samym JVMem masz jakieś większe doświadczenia? Grać to będzie głównie z Stratem HSS i Jazzmasterem.

Amazing riff, one of the best of the late 80s

Yeah!!!
Hendrix matched a Fender to a Marshall

That's the future of riffs right there man!
A Gibson through a Marshall is literally the perfect sound, it's rock as god intended.
Yep!!
dude looks like a combo of lars and james from metallica
That's a good one 🤣🤣🤣
i love this song, such an underrated riff
Yes,exactly!!!
Ive had full stacks, half stacks….but never a small stack! Great riffage man, love me some ratt🎉

The Riff that started hair metal!
Such an unnecessary amount of power.
I LOVE IT!!!!

Sounds really good. How are you capturing the audio? Is it camera audio?
Thx. I record my videos with Samsung S22 mobile... JCM800 records outstanding with IRs as well

You have to got to LOVE the tone from that thing!
Świetne brzmienie i genialna gitara! Uwielbiam ten instrument...
Dziękuję... ciężko się oderwać 😆

Nice choice!! I was thinking "Rock You Like a Hurricane" by Scorpions...
It's a great riff as well, I also play it from time to time
@@TomekGrzyb82 that is such a great "just crank a Marshall" tone.

To almost everyone that
commented here, calm
the hell down about the
sound. It's overdrive, it's
distortion.
I find it hilarious that people think amp modeling of any sort is sufficient in comparison to an amp that sounds like this.

😊not even close
Shoulda played ride the lightning.
expected seek and destroy, but ratt is cool too!
i would that a justice riff on that amp honestly
Holy Wars by Megadeth is also a pretty good option to play, but I wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t advanced, otherwise, go right ahead.
Lay it down ratt great song
Yes,indeed👍
This is the CORRECT first riff to play on a Marshall JCM 800
Fuck yeah dawg

Great riff as well, Man
Love this tuning.
Too bad bands dont use this no more.

Great song as well :)
Wspaniała maszyna, oby służył. Skilla widać też nie brakuje. Pozdrawiam
Thx
Depends on the wattage of the speaker.
Yep :)
nicely done
Thanks!!!
That was the most correct thing to do
It's a crime to pick up an explorer and not play master of puppets
Sorry, I'm at Megadeth camp ;)
Damn that sounds good
Thank you,kind sir :)
running any pedals or just straight into the amp?
No effects, sounds great with SD1, not so much with TS style overdrives
Me: please be it, please be it... aw! I thought he was going to play smoke on the water as a joke 😫

first of all, learn how the amp works. Sounds weak when yer playin it, and that means you need some lessons.
Definitely🤣
