I love love love that you put some changes you'd suggest at the end. I don't believe any "professional" reviews because they are obviously endorsed in some way. But you went over a few of my concerns. Thank you!

sure thing! We always encourage all the artists who review our products to be completely honest and candid - changes and criticisms also help brands find ways to improve their products!

@@painfulpleasures ok so I caved and bought it :) But this thing is scary loud compared to any other machine I have. Anything over 3.6 stroke it gets worse. And anything over 8/8.5 depending on the stroke and it sounds like a frigging rocket ship and like it's going to break. Is that normal for this? Or did I get a faulty one and need it replaced?

Mine coming in the mail. Can the stroke be adjusted while machine is turned on or must it be off. Reason i ask is i can imagine going to adjust needle length at times and is there a chance you could accidentally adjust the stroke instead of needle "hang" ??????

Thanks for the question! The stroke can only be adjusted while the machine is OFF.. Also, there would be no issue with accidentally adjusting the stroke while adjusting needle hang. The needle hang adjustment happens by turning the click-adjustment grip, while the stroke adjustment knob is at the top of the machine.

I know it has a stroke adjuster, but can you adjust how much the needle hangs out after you adjusted the stroke?

Yes! The Solice Pro has a click adjustment grip - just turn the grip and adjust the needle protrusion or "throw."
