  • Around a quarter of British mammal species are believed to have been brought here by people. Humans have long moved mammals around the globe both intentionally for uses such as food or fur and unintentionally as stowaways and escapees. In this webinar we will explore the story and science behind invasive species, examining the impacts on other species and ourselves.
Jack Hatfield is a researcher at the University of York, working in the Leverhulme Centre for Anthropocene Biodiversity to understand how global human influence is contributing to the loss and gain of species and the generation of novel ecosystems.
