I just got mine today, it was my top wishlist plant. I've put it on a pole as I didn't have enough space for it to vine. Thanks for the tips. I found you through your pon videos and they've been so helpful. I plan to prop this at some point and start it in pon. Thanks for all the helpful advice 😊
Hi Memo. I was wondering if that upper leaf on your Melanochrysum in the back has been damaged by its own sprout being stuck before? I get this on my Melano all the time. And than I see your BEAUTIFUL Esmeraldense on the other side, perfectly fine. I would really appreciate you talking about new leaves on plants (philodendron?) getting stuck while trying to unfurl. What do you do about it, do you help the plant out with a wet q-tip? Do you bump your humidity, what is it at anyway? Where's the crucial point in time to mist the sprout before anything will get stuck or are there any other experiences on how to avoid new leaves being punctiored by their own patioles? Which plants in your experience are more prone to this phenomenon athan others? Please talk about that since I guess that a lot of especially Melanochrysom owners would love to know the secret :D Thanks so much for all your great videos. It's a delight to see all of your amazing specimens you hold up to the camera, as well as this jungle behind you. You're such an inspiration! I wonder why you're channel doesn't grow as fast as it should since it's so obvious that you've had plants and therefore really good experiences with their care for a long time. You're growing things professionally, as in a very advanced hobbyist, and I just love to see that! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and tipps with us =) Regards from Germany
yes good spot that is exactly where the damage has occured. also thanks for the video topic, i have lined it up to be filmed soon, so keep an eye out for that video in the near future. Thank you so so much for your kind words, it truly means a lot. i am trying to grow the channel , but it seems to be a bit of a struggle at times.
I’m about to get leaf number 4 to unfurl! Also, do you have a video about pon? I know a lot of people love it, but I don’t have the first clue about why I would want to switch from soil.
I remember that I wanted it and I got ph. burle marxi (varie) Burle is already a beautiful bush - syngonium grows in half slower. However, it has wild, huge roots 5 times larger than my entire plant. 1) it is not eaten by pests 2) does not lose leaves 3) there is no rot in these roots 4) It has good light, fertilizers and worms in the aroid mixture BUT DOES NOT GROW ... it disappoints me because I can't share it 😉

Love the video. Thank you. Learned a lot
And if you put it on a moss pole it will be big and beautiful ♥️

i am doing my update video on it soon (this week) so that might help. I think I already have one on my channel on transferring to Pon, if that helps
