Is there padding under that carpet? If so, it seems like that would stay wet underneath, wouldn't it? And then it would mildew.

Hello Ge Ki, as long as you leave the air moving and dry everything completely you will not get any mold. The key is to leave the air flowing until the padding is completely dry which can take a couple days sometimes.

There is padding under my carpet and they brought fans like this and dehumidifiers to dry my flooded house, there was no mold or mildew.

The person holding the camera is clueless about where the camera needs to be pointed at.
Eg, the man is talking about the clamp on the air mover, the camera is leaving the clamp out of view. Smh.
