Seems that you forgot to include quite a bit of time. This is how a boss would say “its a 5 minute job, why did it take you an hour and a half??!!” First of all getting tools together, investigating an install location, and setting up your template. It is more like min 1/2hr in reality. I have a UV on my return side of my coil so I was thinking of putting this on the other side in my blower section. Is this a good idea? Or will there be water vapor coming off the coil?

light bulbs came loose easy on supply air side. The long bulb has too much leverage on the base. I like the air flow switch though.

I have an OdorStop OS3500UV, and I love it. I have not cleaned it yet. You briefly mentioned in this video how to clean the plates, but you did not demonstrate actually cleaning it. Your instructions at 1:43 were to take the ozone plates out and spray it with dawn dishwashing soap. My question is, am I to just "spray" dishwashing soap onto the plates and not do any type of scrubbing action? Can I soak them in tub of water with dishwashing soap, and scrub it with a toothbrush? It seems very easy to do, by talking through it, but I sure would appreciate a quick video from Odorstop actually demonstrating maintenance and cleaning of the entire unit. Thank you!

Please explain what the Air Quality numbers represent. For instance, I've been running mine for 30 hours and the number is always between 3 and 5. What does that mean? Is there an optimal number? I'm used to machines that tell you the quality in percentages -- like 40% clean, or 100% clean. I don't understand what your numbers mean. Thank you in advance.

In one of my office rooms a watermelon was sitting a little too close to the microwave exhaust vents and long story short it seems the watermelon got sorta cooked from the inside out and ultimately split open and over the course of maybe 12 hours it dripped all over the carpet. I've tried endlessly to get the smell out of the carpet. I've tried all of the most obvious methods such as carpet cleaners and carpet sprays. The odor continues to linger though. Will one of these ozone units help lessen the smell from the carpet?

I just purchased one. Excited to get it. But, disappointed. It makes no difference in the air smell or quality I used it in. The room is around 400ft. The purifier says it works in a 1000ft room so it should have been fine. I guess I am going to send it back.

AC company quoted me $750 what a joke just orders from Amazon. I have mold inside my volute 100% had an inspection done. They basically told me the mold I had isn’t necessarily dangers to all people and it’s completely overblown. I have this smell that’s driving me crazy it’s faint but it’s there. Doing this opposed to changing out the ducting. It’s Florida and hot as heck up there with tons of insulation. Hoping this and a couple air purifiers in the house do the trick.

I didn't hear any sparks, so how is generating ozone I have one and mine sparks ocassionally. I'm lookingn for something that sparks non-stop.

The HEPA air scrubber will filter out particles down to .3 microns, not .03 microns. Also, if you are pulling air into the containment you will create a positive work area, not a negative one.

So that was 12" diameter x 4' long? Serious question though - my air scrubber has a rectangular shaped exhaust 6x12 that has the same area as a 10" round, but the perimeter equivalent to a 12" round. Would the 10" be able to fit over a 12" exhaust? Thanks

Hi Mike, nice easy install demonstration. Currently I am checking your website often, waiting for a refurbished OS144PRO to become available again. My question is: Wouldn't it be better to ALWAYS install it in the most open section of the return duct so that bacteria are exposed to the light the longest and without anything to block the light; Then they are killed or sterilized BEFORE they can get to multiply in the moist nooks and crannies of the heating/cooling (mostly cooling) system components?

I just purchased a 941 sq ft condo whenever I turn the ceiling fans on I smell nicotine, or when I turn the AC down to 73 I smell it even though the coils and filters were recently cleaned. Two questions, 1.do you add water to the generator 2.do I need to buy two for my home or will one work for the whole house, also I've seen video's with man using box fans along with the generator, thank you.

i just got one and the on / off dial is wonky. Guess you forgot to cover the most basic thing ever. By the way....dials suck. It should have a button that get's depressed to one side to indicate 'on' and depress it to the other side for 'off'

The person holding the camera is clueless about where the camera needs to be pointed at. Eg, the man is talking about the clamp on the air mover, the camera is leaving the clamp out of view. Smh.
