    Of all Corvettes, the 1970 LT-1 is the one I want.

    Have to love the sound of a LT-1. I am now the owner of my fathers original owner 1970 LT-1 that has never been apart. Has received the NCRS 5 star Bow-Tie award, Bloomington Survivor and such. Will have it flight judged once we find the original keys. I have the protect-o-plate, original window sicker (never been on the car) and such.

    Absolutely gorgeous 🇺🇸👍, read what Corvette forum voted as the best looking Corvette ever out of the top ten, I think it would put a smile on your face. They've been in business everything Corvette for 20 plus years.

    Wonder why they, transport people, don't put stop blocks on the lift... Sh it happens. why take a chance.

      And revving it up like that in reverse too, man one slip of the clutch and it's totalled. Ramp was tilting down, looks like could have just rolled back with engine off.

    No A/C bummer, I'm sure you know how hot it gets in there...I had a 71 LT-1 it was an oven ....

    • @sidefx996
      @sidefx996 2 роки тому +1

      Was only available on an LT-1 in '72, and they didn't make many (only 240). Oven is about right haha. My '72 is about unbearable in the summer.

    Why video the instrument cluster ??

    • @stingraykenx

      To show the 6500 RPM redline tach! Lesser 350s over the years are 5600 or 5300 or 5000 RPM. This was the last real monster small block!

      And the oil pressure gauge should read higher than the base engine so it's cool.

    Keep lugging that LT-1 engine by shifting at 2500rpm instead of 3500 and blow the main bearings !!!

    • @thud9797
      @thud9797 10 місяців тому

      I think it will be alright Joe, the automatic LT-1 in the Z/28 short shifts like that too.

    • @gordocarbo
      @gordocarbo 10 місяців тому

      I saw him shift at 1500 and 2k. Not good for solid lift cams.
      Why do so many vette guys insist on lugging them? Aint saving nothing just brings the thrust bearing to an early grave
