I don't understand how is this an apartment and the renovations are done by you and not you landlord? I live in the Caribbean and rentals are done differently. I just came across your channel.
Hi Ozichi, it depends on how much work needs to be done.. I budgeted abt 100k.. This covers (Painting, wallpaper removal, moving fee, Cleaning, Electrician and Plumber fee).. The plumbing and electricity issues were minor. Spent less than 10k on those. Hope this helps ❤️
