Am Ugandan🇺🇬 I also went through a lot to the point of being abused in all evil ways by the people who were to protect and love me. But all in all God saw me through. I gave my life to Christ in 2007, met my German husband in the same year, we got married in 2008,and joined my husband in Germany in 2009. We are now parents to 3 beautiful daughters. I can't thank God enough for what He has done and still doing for me/us. I always apologize to God for thinking that He abandoned me during those trying times. He was always there and He is still there. I thank God for your life and giving you a man who loves you and draws you more closer to Him. Better is not good enough for you, THE BEST IS YET TO COME! I lost my dad while i was 2years old, I grew up struggling with my mum who has been a market vendor since I begun understanding. Without any small support from my dad's side, she managed to take me to school upto University but the fact that I don't recall anythg about my dad & the fact that I missed that fatherly relationship has never stopped hitting me that hard. Passed 2019, I could not have even gone back for the funeral, no zoom at that time. She just dropped in her kitchen and that was it, It was the hardest thing for me to accept but, my mom taught me to trust a God I cannot see, so I thank God for the way she raised me to have faith and believe. I know she is very proud of me because I am in a relationship like you and I have a strong personality and a person who is also strong to stand by me. So trust God, your mom is very proud of you. I came to Canada 2012, to visit and stayed on .
My mo. Passed 2019, I could not have even gone back for the funeral, no zoom at that time.
She just dropped in her kitchen and that was it,
It was the hardest thing for me to accept but, my mom taught me to trust a God I cannot see, so I thank God for the way she raised me to have faith and believe.
I know she is very proud of me because I am in a relationship like you and I have a strong personality and a person who is also strong to stand by me.
So trust God, your mom is very proud of you.
