Amazing video! So down to earth. I love that I know I can use any material as I don’t want to buy a company ‘s very expensive material($22 per sheet). Thank you so much
Best video and very informative! I've been searching forever and finally find you! :) Thank you!! What is the font you use for "grandma's kitchen' please
helllo, i cannot get my glowforge aura to save any settings over the default 400 speed / 10 power...is there a way? i'm trying to do silicone. thank you
Hi there! Does the bamboo lid come off? If so, the engrave settings for bamboo (speed 60, power 5, lines per in. 160) should work the same. Just make sure to get the thickness and input as an uncertified material.
I was wondering how thick can I do a keychain? i would like to use a photo of my husband and I sticker paper and apply that to wood or acrylic? Thank you.
Hi there! Apologies for the late response - have you measured the thickness of your spoon? Sometimes it doesn't engrave at all if the spoon is too far away from the laser due to the measurement inputted. Feel free to send over any screenshots to my email rachel@confetetievents.com and I'd love to help you!
Hi!! Yes, definitely trial and error. I also have the Glowforge Pro, so I took the settings from there and it kinda helped guide me for the settings for the Aura. Hope this helps! Workin’ on more settings for ya!
Hi there! You can adjust the settings (power and speed) ever so slightly so that the engrave doesn't come out too dark or deep. Feel free to send over any screenshots to my email rachel@confetetievents.com and I'd love to help you!
This has to be one of the most helpful videos on the Aura. Extremely helpful
Thank you, this means so much! Happy Holidays!
I would love to see cut settings for different types of woods as well as acrylics
Thank you for showing the whole process! This is an awesome video. 💚🧜♀️💜
