Advice for anyone who does this: done ever pour it out around edge like this, it will prematurely crack and leak. You want to go up the pipe and let it drain down creating a small slope. It also works better if you use painters tape on the tpo and overfill an ⅛"-¼". BUT NEVER leave it flush at the pipe or below the lip like this

Why not just put the pitch pocket together before you weld it down?That's what I do
