I have travelled many lands and had many men serve me, I have been adored by many statesmen, politicians too, for they are not the same, I am always hungry, and yet many strive to feed me, for I am never satisfied, yet many try and study me., but can never know where I go, Nor yet why I come, nor how long Ill stay, Nor why I am so easy to beckon, yet then so hard to say farewell to, Maidens of the land often say they hate me, yet they love those men who serve me, As I consume their lands, I take their fields and their food, and hurry on for more, For too I consume many hearths, yet none will call me home., nor ever house me yet ,No indeed, for I am always roaming, and my name is War.

50 times more pleasant than all of my history lectures I ever had in the university
And the guys playing it are 500x better dressed than the male accountants in my office.

There was a lot of brightness in the "dark ages".
It's certain that the ''dark ages'' were brighter than this modern age.
Not even the bubónic plague could eliminate this music
wow
Amazing music! Thank you!

Hello. Where are you from?
Amazing ! It sounds like Astérix & Obélix against Caesar and such a lovely language used to sing... EPIC MIDDLE AGE !

What's this got to do with it?

Could this be irish or old english?
I am sure that's latin. lyricstranslate.com/en/totus-floreo-full-text-i-am-full-blossom.html
Occitan, medieval language
The pronunciation isn't quite cat's tit (that's Romanian for perfect), nevertheless this is a great and lovely version 😁
Super, ale ta středoevropská výslovnost latiny by tady šlo hoodně vypilovat :P (tam vidím rezervu, jinak bezva provedení!)

Shame on you to put djembe in european medieval music ! why not some peruvian flute or didjeridoo ?
Think about when Europeans made contact with Africans, Peruvians, and Australians.
Mediterranean, arabic influence.
